With the rapid development of the world economy,gas has become the best choice to improve the environment and promote sustainable economic development in the world.The state strongly advocates the development of low carbon economy,and gas as a clean energy is favored.As a dangerous chemical industry,the gas industry in which N enterprise is located has high public attention.Once the management is not good,it is easy to cause mass casualties.Material procurement has the characteristics of strong professionalism,high speed of supply response and high quality standards.The management level of material procurement mode has a direct impact on the workers of gas pipeline engineering.The quality of process is also related to the stability and compatibility of later operation.Therefore,how to reduce the procurement cost and improve the procurement level through the improvement and optimization of procurement mode management is a painful and difficult issue concerning the long-term development of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper analyses the theoretical basis of procurement.On the basis of familiarity with the procurement theory,it expounds and analyses the current procurement management mode of N Company.The current procurement management mode is mainly decentralized procurement mode,which increases the procurement cost,brings a lot of inconvenience to the front-line users,and has a relatively large room for improvement and promotion..Based on the theory and method of purchasing management and the current situation of supplier classification,evaluation and selection in N enterprises,this paper analyses the problems existing in supplier management in N enterprises and puts forward improvement plans.The improvement research is divided into two aspects: one is to optimize the classification management of purchasing materials according to the characteristics of material management in N enterprise,and to formulate the purchasing management strategy based on Karajack matrix for different types of suppliers;the other is to improve the evaluation index of suppliers and establish a set of evaluation and selection methods.Law.The ultimate goal is to improve the management level of suppliers in N enterprises,optimize the classification management,evaluation and selection methods of suppliers in N enterprises,optimize the allocation of suppliers,and ultimately create value from the supply chain side.The conclusion of the paper puts forward the material purchasing mode of N company based on Karajack matrix,establishes the supplier evaluation system and selection scheme,and improves the implementation measures of purchasing supplier management.
