In recent years,the economic structure of our country is adjusting to the supply side and the growth direction.Many industries need to readjust their development strategy and expectation.Among them,the steel and mineral industries are overcapacity and go to the trend of capacity development.However,the current main customers of company a are mainly iron and steel industry and mining enterprises,so it is inevitable to be affected by the relevant impact,and also need to adjust the direction of development.In order to better ensure the company’s profit,company a has to keep or slightly increase the product price while the cost is rising,and the profit space is greatly squeezed.In order to remain invincible in the current fierce market competition,it is particularly important to reduce the current procurement cost of company A.First of all,in the introduction part,the research purpose,significance and research trends at home and abroad are summarized;on this basis,TCO theory,purchase cost control process theory,supplier selection and evaluation theory are used to guide the research and analysis of purchase cost control of company a;secondly,the current situation of high purchase cost is studied,and the composition of purchase cost is analyzed Based on the analysis of company a’s purchase cost data,the paper finds that the purchase cost is on the high side,and further studies its adverse effects on the company’s production and operation,total operation cost,profit rate and capital turnover rate.Secondly,through the analysis,the reasons for the high procurement cost are as follows:the price of main procurement materials rises too fast;the purchasing management level of the company is backward;the procurement batch is unreasonable,and the bargaining power is limited;the development and selection of suppliers are improper;the delivery schedule is unreasonable,and the transportation cost is wasted.Finally,through the analysis and research,it puts forward to strengthen the enterprise demand management to improve the business ability of the purchasing department;to improve the purchasing management level of the company to establish a set of perfect purchasing process to guide the daily purchasing and logistics operations of the company,to avoid the past chaotic and disordered operation mode,and greatly improve the work efficiency;and to optimize the purchasing mode to reasonably formulate the purchasing batch from We are familiar with and actually use the scientific procurement method,replenishment and ordering method,and establish the method of classifying and selecting logistics operation,so as to improve the bargaining power;then we put forward the establishment of supplier evaluation management system to improve the accuracy and stability of the company’s material procurement,and comprehensively grasp the performance and advantages of suppliers,so as to make company a more logistics and distribution oriented Plus the fine and rational countermeasures.Through the case study of a metallurgical seal company’s purchase logistics cost,I hope these countermeasures and suggestions can not only have a good long-term effect and improvement on the company’s purchase logistics cost control,but also provide reference and reference value for the current small and medium-sized enterprises suffering from the same problems.
