| With the rapid development of information technology,the new manufacturing model represented by cloud manufacturing has become the development direction of China’s manufacturing industry.Cloud manufacturing model provides a new idea for solving the problem of insufficient internal resources,excess resources and other issues.Mass customization represents another advanced manufacturing model in today’s manufacturing,and cloud manufacturing has also provided new opportunities for solving the problem of the idle resources in mass customization workshops,but it also posed new challenges to the allocation of resources.For mass customization cloud-oriented manufacturing,in order to improve the cloud platform and idle resource utilization,and solve the resource allocation under the cloud mass customization manufacturing environment,research on resource allocation in mass customization mode for cloud manufacturing was carried out,the main work is as follows:(1)The characteristics of mass customization production workshop for cloud manufacturing and process characteristics of large-scale customized products was described,and the disturbance factors in the cloud manufacturing environment were analyzed.On this basis,a two-level resource allocation system framework is proposed,the first resources allocation is based on cloud resource and cloud task matching,and the second resources allocation is based on mass customization workshop resources allocation after recriving the cloud task.(2)A two-level resource allocation system framework is proposed.Aiming at the characteristics of resource allocation under cloud manufacturing,a primary resource allocation model with the shortest completion time,lowest processing cost,highest product qualification rate,and highest service quality as the optimization goal was constructed.Aiming at the collaborative configuration of cloud task and self-made task resource in mass customization workshop,a secondary resource allocation model with minimum and maximum completion time and maximum device resource utilization as an indicator is constructed.(3)A hybrid bacteria foraging algorithm was designed.Aiming at the problem of resource allocation in mass customization mode for cloud manufacturing,a two-level configuration model of resources is designed.Aiming at the model solving,a hybrid bacteria foraging algorithm based on chemotaxis operation,aggregation operation and migration operation in standard bacteria foraging algorithm was designed.(4)A pot production company was selected as an example for verifing cloud-based mass customization mode of production under the two-level configuration of resource.MATLAB platform was used to solve the model,and validating the resource allocation model and the effectiveness of hybrid bacteria foraging optimization algorithm.Based on the research of pan products with mass customization features,the research results solve the problem of resource allocation under mass customization mode for cloud manufacturing to a certain extent.From the definition of mass customization shop capacity and the ability to configure the system platform cloud resource definition,to the first resources allocation is based on cloud resource and cloud task matching,and to the second resources allocation is based on mass customization workshop resources allocation after recriving the cloud task,the whole process idle system resources to participate in the allocation of resources was constituted. |
