The CNC lathe operation skill is the ability of students to operate the CNC lathes to process qualified workpieces,and it is also one of the basic vocational skills that the vocational students of the vocational school should master.It plays a decisive role in the Zhejiang Provincial College Entrance Skill Examination.In the teaching process of CNC lathes and students participating in the skill entrance examination,there are a series of problems such as lack of students’ professional qualities,lack of students’ ability to study independently,more missed points in grooving cutting,and many errors in thread cutting.This article addresses these issues by consulting a large amount of literature,conducting in-depth analysis and research,and proposing the application of the teaching method of “microlecture” to the teaching of CNC lathes,we have developed a microlecture for the teaching of CNC lathes for students of mechanical specialties and applied them in teaching.This article comprehensively uses the literature analysis method,the investigation method and the action research method,and makes a deeper study on the application of microlecture teaching in the college entrance examination of CNC lathes.Through practice,it has been found that microlecture can be closely combined with the teaching of CNC lathes skills.By applying the microlecture teaching,students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning are mobilized,the difficulty of their CNC lathes skills is reduced,students can be motivated to learn independently,and the quality of CNC lathes skill teaching is ultimately improved.After more than one year of research and practice,it has achieved five results: improved weaknesses in student skills learning,improved students’ performance in the college entrance examination,improved the level of student skill competition,promoted the study of students’ professional theories,and enhance the informationization teaching ability of teachers.
