| Water is the source of life,but with the accelerated process of industrialization and urbanization,antibiotics and some other organic contaminants are discharged into the natural water system with human activities,which can not only pollute the water environment but also lead to shortage of water resource.So how to remove organic micropollutants from water has become the focus of attention nowadays.Cyclodextrin,as a very easy founded oligosaccharide compound,has attracted much attention because of its unique cavity structure,which can form the "host-guest" complex with many organic compounds and its molecular recognition performance.Therefore,in this paper we carried out different loading and modification of cyclodextrins to explore its application in the treatment of organic micropollutants.First,the rectorite was modified to load the potato starch on the surface by hydrothermal carbonization,so that the oxygen containing groups were enriched on the surface of the rectorite(easy to be loaded with β-cyclodextrin),and then modified with iron oxide to get the magnetic carbon material(easy to be processed and recovered during the absorption process).And finally β-CD was loaded on the surface of the carbon material.After adsorption tests,it was found that the adsorption of 1-Naphthol in the water system was better and the adsorption conformed to the Langmuir adsorption curve.The adsorption material is magnetic,and can be recovered well with strong magnet.But the time of absorption process was too long,still needed to be improved to be used in reality.Secondly,different from the immobilization method of cyclodextrin,the outer surface of β-cyclodextrin was modified using chemical method,mainly with chlorophenyl isocyanate,p-nitrophenyl isocyanate,three fluoromethyl phenyl isocyanate,amino group,and then reacted with tetrafluoroterephthalonitrile to obtain five new insoluble absorbents.Then we tested the absorption efficiency to six kinds of organic micropollutants as following: ibuprofen,dichlorophenol,naphthol,norfloxacin,BPA,tetracycline.In order to imitate real water environment,the 1mmol/L of water solution was prepared.The adsorption rate of each adsorbent was very fast.The adsorption equilibrium can be achieved in 30 s,and the removal rate of the adsorbent is more than 80% or 90%.The adsorption effect of the mixed adsorbent is more obvious.The modified method can provide a new thought for the purification of water systems which are fast moving in reality.Finally,based on the application of cyclodextrin in the molecular recognition direction,a new type of triazole AIE cyclodextrin supramolecular compound was synthesized by "one pot" click reaction.This supramolecular compound could show good AIE effect.Because β-cyclodextrin can form a host-guest inclusion complex with Adamantyl,so the PEG2 AD polymer is synthesized.It is expected that the macromolecular system formed by self-assembly of the two groups can be applied to monitoring and loading the drug.In addition,the addition of alkynyl silica gel to react with the superfluous β-cyclodextrin in the reaction system can also obtain TPE-Triazole-CSP for chiral separation and achieve the effect of "one stone and two birds". |
