With the increase of heavy crude oil production,refinery petroleum coke production is also increasing.By using high temperature gasification technology,the utilization of petroleum coke can be realized.In this paper,the co-slurry properties of coal and petroleum coke were studied based on the problems existing in gasification.Also,the effects of the dispersant type and dispersant dosage on the co-slurry properties of coal and petroleum coke and substances in the wastewater on gasification reaction characteristics and product release characteristics of petroleum coke were investigated.The research was as follows:(1)With the study of nonionic and anionic dispersants,we found that the viscosity reduction effect of the TX-30 is the best,TX-20 as follwos,the viscosity reduction effect of the NNO is the worst.The TX-30 achieved a minimum viscosity at an addition level of 0.8%.With the increase of the amount of dispersant,the yield stress showed a tendency to decrease first and then increase,and the stability of CWS showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.Taking into account the stability and rheological index of the slurry,choose the amount of 0.6%as the best addition.When the coal-to-coke ratio is 2:3,the change of slurry viscosity and shear stress is small,which is characterized by pseudoplastic fluid.Taking into account the slurry concentration,mobility and rheological index and other factors,with a coal-to-coke ratio of 2:3 as the best ratio.(2)Under the same experimental conditions,the H2O as gasifier is superior to the gasification reaction of petroleum coke with CO2 as gasifying agent.The results show that the maximum carbon conversion temperature of petroleum coke samples loaded with cation,anion and composite anions is lower than that of unsupported petroleum coke samples,and the gasification reactivity index R0.5 is higher than that of unsupported petroleum coke samples.The anions KCl-K2CO3,KCl-KHCO3 and KCl-K2SO4 were found to have a mutual inhibitory effect when compared with the anions alone.(3)It was found that the contents of H2 and CO2 in petroleum coke samples loaded with cations,anions and complex anions were higher,while those of unsupported coke were higher.In the absence of ions,the reaction between water vapor and the reaction intermediate M2O-C forms the active site C(O),and then desorption to generate CO.In the petroleum coke sample,more active sites C(O)are oxidized by the oxidized M2O2-C to form H2 and CO2 gas when the ions are added and promoting the petroleum coke gasification reaction.
