| The lectotype and design of dewatering gas production equipment,is regarded as the key technology in CBM exploitation,and half the battle of making safe and scientific,continuous and stable production.Combined with the programme “Research and Demonstration of Self-adaptive Control Technology Based on Well Flow Field”,which is the sub-topics of major national oil and gas projects “Large Oil and Gas Fields Development”,research is conducted in this paper around the optimization & selecting of dewatering gas production equipment.Through the literature research,the principle of coalbed methane drainage is studied,the output process of coalbed methane and the characteristics of each mining process are analyzed.The influencing factors of coalbed methane well drainage and gas production are analyzed,and the requirements of the mining equipment are combined with different mining equipment.The paper puts forward the optimization principle of coalbed methane drainage equipment and lay the foundation for equipment selection.Then,the kinematics and mechanical analysis of beam-pumping unit is made based on the model of four-bar linkage.And the optimization design model of beam-rod-pump system is established combined with the special requirements of beam-rod-pump system used for CBM wells.A reasonable one is selected according to the power and load capacity of the motor.The new design method of sucker rod,which combining the API method and Wilnowsk method and contraposing the working conditions and actual mechanical behavior of that on CBM wells,is reached so that its working life can be extended.Then,the expert system of lectotype and optimal design of CBM dewatering gas production equipment,is developed with VB software,in which functions such as the evaluation and optimization of CBM dewatering gas production equipment,the selection and design of beam-pumping unit,the analysis of coal powder discharge from wellbore up to ground,and the anti-eccentric wear design of sucker rod,are integrated.This system makes the automation of lectotype and designs(of CBM dewatering gas production equipment)come true.Through the verification and comparison of on-site usage,it is found that,by using the system to design and analyze,the check period of sucker pump can be extended by more than 25%,and the problem that sucker rod eccentric wear,fracture,and trip can be better solved,which is of great significance to improve the cycle of failure-free operation. |
