| The heating furnace is the main equipment of the multiphase mixed heating system in Changqing Oilfield Station,which is one of the largest consumable fuel equipment of Changqing Oilfield Ground Gathering System,and its thermal efficiency directly affects the economic benefit of Changqing Oilfield.With the oil field company’s continuous improvement requirements of energy saving and environmental protection,how to improve the technical level and thermal efficiency of the heating furnace has become one of the important targets to be overcome in the construction of Changqing Oilfield.It is the development trend of oilfield ground heating equipment.In order to meet the development demand of Western Daqing",it is urgent to develop a new type of high efficiency heating furnace.Foreign optimization of the furnace to improve the study is more mature,especially in Europe has a considerable number of condensing boiler put into use,and its service life of more than 15 years.At present,there are few studies on the domestic type of condensing furnace,there is no stereotypes of the condensing furnace.The research system of the existing analysis of the structure of the furnace characteristics,groundbreaking optimization of the furnace structure and heating surface layout.The influence factors of the low temperature flue gas on the tail heating surface were studied,and the anti-corrosion measures of the tail parts were formulated.In view of the current heating furnace control system problems,innovative development of control programs to achieve automatic heating furnace heating operation. |
