| The new high speed seaming machine is a double-layer bag making machine It consists of five parts: the outer bag preparation part,the inner bag preparation part,the inner bag sleeve part,the edge-wrapping sewing part and the integrated control part.The preparation part of the outer bag is to deliver the single bag to make the bag.The speed and effect of the bag-cutting device affect the whole process of bag-making smoothly.Therefore,the function of the bag cutting device in the outer bag making device is very important.The paper takes the outer bag cutting device of the bag preparation part of the new high-speed jam-sewing machine as the research object,and starts from the structural design and the analysis.The main tasks accomplished are as follows:(1)According to the functional requirements of the outer bag cutting device,the structure of the outer bag cutting device of the original sewing machine is designed,and the three-dimensional model is established by using Solid Works software,the motion simulation is carried out and the interference between the parts is checked.Ensure the accurate operation of the whole device;(2)The dynamic statics analysis and dynamic simulation of the external bag cutting device are carried out by using the method of step by step calculation,and the normal contact force between the roll and the roll supporting the crossbeam and the vertical force in the vertical direction of the external frame of the bag cutting device are obtained.(3)The rigid-flexible coupling model of the outer bag cutting device is established and the dynamic simulation is carried out.The simulation results are compared with the rigid system simulation results.The influence of flexible parts on the motion system is obtained,and the influence of eccentric wheel speed on rigid-flexible coupling system is analyzed.(4)Through the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the bag cutting device system and the outer frame of the bag cutting device,it is found that there will be no resonance phenomenon in the work of the bag cutting device.However,the second natural frequency of the outer frame is in the excitation frequency resonance region of the motor when the bag cutting device works.The external frame is optimized and reanalyzed to avoid this resonance and meet the requirements of use.Based on the theoretical knowledge learned,the dynamic statics and dynamic simulation,rigid-flexible coupling dynamic analysis and vibration characteristic analysis of the outer bag cutting device are carried out on the basis of the structural design of the outer bag cutting device.The research of the bag-cutting device of the external bag is more and more specific,and provides the theoretical support for the design and optimization of such a bag-cutting device. |
