| With the acceleration of China’s power grid construction,the area of power grid laying is increasing day by day.As a result,the maintenance workload of power system increases gradually.Safety is a very important issue in the maintenance of power system.Many safety tools will be used in various daily maintenance and emergency repair tasks.These safety tools have an important impact on ensuring the personal safety of maintenance personnel and maintaining the stable operation of the system.The supervision and management of power safety tools in power production is a very important safety supervision and management work.Therefore,the scientific management of power system safety tools is an important problem faced by various power related enterprises.At present,the work of the power department of an enterprise on the use and monitoring of safety tools used by the staff in its jurisdiction mainly relies on the manual transcription of various monitoring reports and data by the staff,and checking and summarizing the data with tables,which is prone to data statistical deviation,which easily leads to waste of human and material resources and inefficient management.Therefore,it is necessary to use Internet of Things technology and computer technology to establish an intelligent management system of electric power safety tools,to use RFID to supervise equipment,test and optimize storage,to improve the "two tickets" working mode,to standardize electric power production activities,to ensure the safe and stable operation of electric power production,and to establish corresponding safety precautions.This paper analyses the current situation of power department’s management of power safety tools in an enterprise,analyses the existing problems,explains the background and goal of establishing intelligent management system of safety tools,and analyses the feasibility of the system.On this basis,the requirements of the system are analyzed.The functional requirements of the system mainly include life cycle management of safety tools,two tickets management,real-time monitoring management,data statistical analysis and other modules.On the basis of demand analysis,this paper designs the overall structure of the system,designs the main station,terminal and network structure of the system in detail,establishes the ER model of the system database and designs the physical table structure.This paper also gives the implementation method of the key modules of the system,and shows the implementation effect of the system.Through the system design test cases,functional testing,verify that each functional module of the system meets the requirements.Finally,this paper also tests the performance of the system,and verifies that the system can meet the daily concurrency requirements and has good performance.The intelligent management system of power system security tools designed and implemented in this paper provides an efficient and convenient management system of security tools for users.The system realizes the whole life cycle systematic management of safety tools and monitors them in real time,so that the staff can grasp the real-time status of the tools in time,track the use process of the tools,and standardize the use of safety tools.By monitoring the storage environment,the service life of the tools can be improved.At present,the system has been installed and deployed in a power system,which improves the management efficiency of safety devices,and also provides a reference for other power system companies to establish similar systems. |
