Natural ecological space refers to the national land space with natural attributes and providing ecological products or ecological services.It covers forests,grasslands,wetlands,rivers and lakes that need to be protected and rationally utilized.It is the basic place for human development.Guiyang City is a typical karst landform city with a fragmented landscape and serious soil erosion.Guiyang City is currently in a period of rapid development.Environmental pollution,ecological damage,and resource shortages are prominent.It is urgent to monitor the natural ecological conditions of Guiyang City and provide certain suggestions for urban development.This paper takes Guiyang as the research area and takes the perspective of production-living-ecological space.Through the interpretation of remote sensing images of Guiyang City in 2007,2012 and 2017,the spatial classification map of Guiyang Sansheng is obtained and the changes of natural ecological space in Guiyang City were analyzed from three aspects: transfer,landscape pattern and ecological functional status.After,the driving factors related to the changes of the production-living-ecological space were selected and analyzed by logistic regression.Then,the production-living-ecological space prediction model was constructed based on the driving factors and XGBoost method,and The production-living-ecological space of Guiyang City in 2022 was predicted and analyzed.Finally,based on the above results,combined with Web,GIS and other technologies,AHP and other methods to realize the natural ecological space dynamic monitoring system.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1)The land pattern of Guiyang City is dominated by ecological space and production space,with the least living space.In the ecological space,the natural ecological space accounts for 98.8%,and the changes in ecological space can reflect the changes in the natural ecological space.The analysis shows that the ecological space area of Guiyang has continued to increase over the past decade,from 57.6% in 2007 to 61.0% in 2017,and the main source is production space.The spatial pattern of ecological space remains good and the fragmentation remains unchanged.The ecological space function is gradually enhanced.The function of ecological index for three years is 62.0,64.4,and 65.7,natural ecological space is in good condition and is getting better.2)Based on the driving factors and XGBoost method,the production-living-ecological space prediction model of Guiyang City was constructed.The simulation accuracy was 83.6%,and the Kappa coefficient was 0.757.The simulation effect was better.3)The spatial distribution of the production-living-ecological space in Guiyang City was predicted by using the prediction model.The forecast results show that the ecological space area continues to increase in 2022,and the estimated area ratio is 62.4%.The ecological space fragmentation degree is reduced,and the function of ecological index is predicted to be 66.6.The natural ecological space condition remains good and continues to increase.4)The AHP was used to evaluate and demonstrate the natural ecological conditions,resource and environmental carrying capacity,and suitability of land development in each city of Guizhou Province.The evaluation results show that Guiyang has a good natural ecological condition,high land development suitability and low resource and environmental carrying capacity.How to balance economic development and environmental protection is the main problem in Guiyang.Finally,the basic farmland division index system was constructed by using the AHP,and the suitableness of farming was taken as the standard,which provided a certain reference for the related policies such as returning farmland to forest.
