Natural gas is the third largest energy source in the world after coal and oil.As a new type of efficient and clean energy,it has been fully developed and widely used,and has been used in industrial fields and residents' lives.The natural gas high and medium pressure pressure regulating station is an important facility in the natural gas transportation process.It is also a modern and civilized symbol of the city's existing public facilities.The characteristics of the natural gas high and medium pressure regulating station are: distributed and distributed.In the urban natural gas pipeline network,in order to meet the production scheduling command,a reliable monitoring and dispatching system needs to be established to realize equipment control,parameter adjustment,data acquisition and signal alarm.Therefore,the urban construction of advanced natural gas high and medium pressure regulating station remote monitoring system is of great significance for realizing the safe operation and management level of natural gas transportation.This paper makes a detailed design of the remote monitoring system for natural gas high and medium pressure regulating stations,from the functional design of the pressure regulating station equipment to the design of the station control automation system.First of all,the scientific and rational design of the process of the high and medium pressure pressure regulating station system is mainly composed of three major functional units: the import unit,the main unit and the outlet unit.The import unit mainly monitors the incoming air pressure,temperature,and control inlet electric valve.The main unit is responsible for measuring flow information,pre-processing and pressure regulation of natural gas.The export unit mainly monitors the natural gas outbound pressure,temperature,and control of the outlet electric valve.Secondly,the hardware system design includes PLC cabinet electrical control design,PLC control cabinet hardware selection,industrial computer selection,communication network design and so on.The PLC control system module selects Mitsubishi products,uses FX3U-64MR/ES-A as the control core,performs function detection through sensors(pressure sensor,differential pressure sensor,temperature sensor,etc.),realizes data signal transmission through industrial Ethernet,and wirelessly The router uploads the data to the server.Thirdly,design the system software,select Advantech WebAccess configuration software,use FX3U-64MR/ES-A as the control core,and obtain the data variables in the field through Advantech WebAccess configuration system.In the station control technology screen to achieve real-time dynamic display,equipment failure or field data arrival set alarm value,real-time display of equipment and process parameters,data process report query,station control data storage.Then,the station control system function is realized,and the PLC control system and WebAccess configuration software will display the running status of the field device through the industrial computer in real time,and at the same time,the data uploading server can achieve the remote access purpose,and realize the remote monitoring of the high and medium voltage regulating station.The development results of the remote monitoring system for high-and medium-pressure pressure regulating stations of this natural gas have been put into the application.The on-site joint adjustment shows that the system has the remote monitoring,data acquisition and processing,electric valve control,on-site fault alarm,etc.in the high and medium pressure regulating stations of natural gas.Real-time data upload and alarm prompts,etc.,stable operation and strong anti-interference ability.
