Study On Ecological Behavior Of Resource-based Enterprises In Chaidamu Circular Economy Experimental Area

The Qaidam Circular Economy Experimental Zone(hereinafter referred to as the “Test Zone”)is an important resource development zone in the western part of China.It has great influence,great contribution,great responsibility and great value in the national ecological pattern.It has the national ecological barrier and regional realization.The importance of sustainable economic and social development.However,at present,resource-based enterprises in the experimental area are “big” rather than “strong”.As the main body of ecological behavior practice,their development shows high input,high energy consumption and high pollution,which seriously hinders the sustainable development of the experimental area.At present,the attention to industrial ecology is increasing from the national level or the regional level,but there are few studies on the ecological behavior of micro enterprises from the perspective of behavioral practice.Therefore,the article takes the resource-based enterprises in the experimental area as the research object and follows the research path of “theory-positive-strategy”,trying to open a new way of thinking for the sustainable development of resource-based enterprises from the perspective of organizational behavior.First of all,it expounds the background,significance,research status,main content and innovation of the research at home and abroad.The definition,composition and related theories of resource-based enterprises' ecological behaviors are discussed.The internal and external perspectives of the enterprise are used to explore the driving factors of resource-based enterprises' ecological behavior practice,and the integration framework is analyzed.Secondly,using Nvivo12 qualitative research software to analyze the ecological behavior development status of resource-based enterprises in the experimental area from the aspects of enterprise ecological strategy,ecological management,green production and ecological cultural behavior,and summarize the problems encountered in the process of ecological behavior practice.problem.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of ecological behavior level of resource-based enterprises is constructed.Based on the comprehensive empowerment,the empirical analysis of 31 typical resource-based enterprises is carried out,and the characteristics of different levels of resource-based ecological behavior were analyzed.The results show that among the selected enterprises,there are 6 green card enterprises,3 blue card enterprises,17 yellow card enterprises and 5 red card enterprises.The overall level of ecological behavior practice level of resource-based enterprises in the experimental area is uneven and generally low,and so as the overall resource conservation.The improvement of ecological behavior is less obvious.Finally,from the government and enterprise level,it proposes countermeasures to strengthen the ecological behavior of resource-based enterprises.
