Inert construction and demolition waste is a core component of construction and demolition waste stream,and the recycling of inert construction and demolition waste is an important way to solve the problem of construction and demolition waste.In order to determine the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of inert construction and demolition waste production in the main urban area of Xining City,optimize the inert construction and demolition waste treatment and disposal facilities in the main urban area,and review the literature on the quantitative methods of construction and demolition waste,the layout optimization method of facilities,and the application of GIS in construction and demolition waste management.Using GIS analysis software,the construction stock database of the study area was constructed,involving construction use,structure type,geographic coordinates,area and time.At the same time,using literature analysis,combined with the field investigation of Xining City,the construction and demolition waste in Xining City were obtained.The average production coefficient,and the waste production coefficient is imported into the building inventory database to obtain the inert construction and demolition waste production database,and then analyze the spatial and temporal spatial characteristics of the inert construction and demolition waste in the main urban area;then,according to the change of the service life of the building,the production and distribution of the inert construction and demolition waste the impact was analyzed.Finally,the status quo of inert construction waste treatment and disposal facilities in the main urban area was analyzed and the treatment and disposal facilities were optimized by using the location coverage model.The results show that from 1968 to 2017,the main urban area of Xining City generated 353.11(10~4t)of inert construction and demolition waste.When the building life reached 50 years of average building design service life,it is expected to generate25,613.95(10~4t)of inert construction and demolition waste in 2018-2067.On average,inert construction and demolition waste is generated 512.28(10~4t)per year.When the average service life of the building is only 30 years,it is expected to produce 24,652.76(10~4t)of demolition and demolition waste in 2018-2047,and produce 821.76(10~4t)of construction and demolition waste per year,which is designed and used over 50years.Life expectancy increased by 309.48(10~4t)of construction and demolition waste.This shows that the metabolic speed of inert construction and demolition waste removal is 30 years higher than the construction life of the building.The focus is on optimizing the construction and demolition waste disposal facilities in Xining in 2017,with a minimum number of facilities.Within the specified scope(8 km of construction landfill,5 km of construction waste recycling site and 2 km of other disposal facilities),the demand point should be covered as much as possible to reach the maximum coverage rate,and the construction and demolition waste treatment and disposal facilities in Xining need 3,they are:Xixingyuan Landfill(disposal capacity 348.31(10~4t)),Zhengyuan Construction and Demolition Waste Disposal Field(disposal capacity 126.59(10~4t)),Shenjiagou Construction and Demolition Waste Recycling Site(treatment capacity 98.91(10~4t)).
