Research On Project Safety Management Of Construction Unit Based On Game Theory

In recent years,China's construction industry has developed rapidly,but safety accidents often occur,seriously affecting the development of the industry and social stability.In view of the different degree of interests between contractors,there exists a complex game relationship,from the perspective of the construction unit project safety management,by using game theory relevant methods,constructing a dynamic game model of the corresponding safety in production,research the safety in production of game strategy choice between contractors,so as to find out the main factors affecting the contractors safety since the strategy choice,can promote the construction unit itself safety management level of ascension,and urged other contractors to perform their own safety responsibility,reduce construction safety accidents.On the basis of the construction industry related accident case,analyzes in detail the contractors and related personnel the forms and causes of unsafe sulk,safety responsibility is not clear,excessive profit-driven,project safety management of information asymmetry and so on is caused by the contractors and related personnel is not the main reason for its own security responsibilities.The strategy selection of the participants and related personnel is the result of the long-term game between the participants,which fully shows that the game theory is applicable to the project safety management of the construction unit.From the perspective of project safety management of the construction unit,four game relations of production safety are determined based on the stakeholders of the construction project participating units: the construction organization and the supervision unit,the construction unit and construction organization,the construction unit and the supervision unit,and the internal of the construction unit.Based on the game model of safe production between construction organization and supervision company,the replicator dynamic equation is used to analyze.It is found that the high cost of safe performance,the misjudgment of the probability of safety accidents,the limitation of the understanding of accident consequences and the information asymmetry are the main factors affecting the choice of safety performance strategies for both sides.By building the game model of safe production between the construction unit and the construction organization,the mixed Nash equilibrium of the system is solved.Appropriately increasing the penalty intensity,reducing the safety performance cost of the construction organization and the safety inspection cost of the construction unit can promote the choice of the safety performance strategy of the construction organization.By constructing a dynamic game model of supervision unit and construction unit of safe production,solving the mixed Nash equilibrium of the system,appropriate increase penalties and improve the construction unit control capacity and reduce the monitoring cost can promote the safety supervision unit started their strategy choice.By building construction units within party a's representative and management of game model,analyses the game model,safety consciousness,construction project information asymmetry,unreasonable system,formulate,and personal cognition,the existence of a small amount of resistance,"reflection effect" is the main factors affecting the security role and strategy choice.Based on the work related to the safety management of H holding company,the deficiencies in the project safety management of H holding company are analyzed in detail.By evolutionary game simulation,respectively discusses the management supervision cost,party a's representative safety takes office cost,safety risk transfer coefficient and executing penalty risk perception,the party a's representative the safety accident risk perception on the influence of the relevant personnel security role and strategy selection,puts forward H holding company shall start from the safety management system construction,the security check mode,the safety performance evaluation,safety training and safety information system to strengthen the management of the project safety optimization Suggestions.
