As an important metal functional material,electrical steel is widely used in power,electronics and military industries.In the course of use,it is necessary to cut wide-width electrical steel sheets(slitting and oblique shear)to the required width and length.The quality of shear section affects the accuracy and magnetic properties of products.the influence law of the interface condition of the tool plate on the shear quality of electrical steel is studied in depth,and the influence mechanism is analyzed.Firstly,the shear test of electrical steel was carried out under three conditions of dry cutting,liquid lubrication and solid lubrication.The morphology and shear force of shear section of electrical steel under different lubrication conditions were compared and studied.It was found that adding lubricant could significantly improve the morphology and smoothness of shear section,and the solid lubrication effect was better than liquid lubrication.Compared with dry-cutting conditions,the height of the roll-over of the electrical steel is significantly reduced when there is a lubricant,the height of the shear zone is significantly increased,the maximum shear force is reduced,and the degree of work hardening is reduced.The influence of lubricant viscosity on the shear p rocess was further analyzed.The shear profile,work hardening and shear properties of electrical steel with different lubricant viscosity were compared.It was found that the lubrication condition of electric steel was improved during the precision shearing process.The quality of the steel shear section is improved.Secondly,for the disordered texture topography of the tool surface,The shear machining experiments of 0.5mm non-oriented electrical steel with different surface roughness Ra values were carried out.The shear section morphology of electrical steel under different interface conditions determined by different Ra values of tool surface roughness was compared.It is found that the shear section characteristics of electrical steel have great differences when the interface conditions of the tool and the plate are different during the shearing process.When the surface roughness Ra of the tool is high,the lubrication condition is improved during the shearing process,and the quality of the shear section of the electrical steel is improved.Improved.When the tool surface roughness Ra is 0.2?m,the lubricant is used,the shear zone height is increased by 11%,and the roll-over is reduced by 16%.Thirdly,when the tool surface morphology is ordered texture,the effects of different texture characteristics on the shear section,microstructure flow,work hardening and shear force of electrical steel under dry shearing conditions are studied,and the significance of the combination of top and bottom texture tilt angles on the shear quality is further studied.Considering the matching relationship of different texture features under lubrication conditions,the influence of tool texture characteristics on shearing process under lubrication conditions is analyzedFinally,an electrical steel shear process model based on the interface conditions of the tool plate interface is established.The finite element model is used to analyze the solid contact area between the tool and the plate during the machining process and the friction between the two.The influence mechanism of tool surface texture on shearing quality of sheet was studied.The effects of texture characteristics on the tribological behavior during shearing were analyzed by finite element analysis.Combined with the experimental results,the influence mechanism of the interface conditions of the tool plate on the shear quality was further analyzed.The theoretical analysis and experimental results were in good agreement.The force analysis was established,and the influence mechanism of the contact condition of the tool plate interface on the shear quality was analyzed by numerical relationship.The experimental results were basically consistent with the experimental results.
