Forging equipment plays an important role in today's highly industrialized development.As an important member of forging equipment,mechanical presses are widely used in various fields such as modern automobile industry,home appliances,military industry and aerospace.After more than a hundred years of development in the Western countries since the industrial revolution,mechanical presses have been greatly developed.Although China started late but with the wave of reform and opening up,the press industry has gradually caught up with the international advanced level.However,as the precision requirements of modern forging products are getting higher and higher,the precision of the press is also higher.In today's industry,the demand for large table presses is becoming more and more demanding,and the parallelism of the sliders relative to the plane of the base is becoming more and more severe.Then the four-point press in the large table press has a large proportion,so it is necessary to study and analyze the accuracy of the four-point press.Since there are many factors affecting the accuracy of the four-point press,the analysis is first based on the mechanism characteristics of the press and the motion characteristics of the slider.Since the crank-link structure is often used in the design of the press drive structure,it is necessary to analyze the motion characteristics of this mechanism.In this paper,not only the formula of the slider displacement of the crank slider mechanism is deduced,but also the displacement curve of the crank slider mechanism is explained.It provides a theoretical basis for the theoretical calculation of the displacement difference of the slider which affects the accuracy of the slider.As the bottom dead center area of the actual engineering application of the press,it is an important measure to reflect the accuracy of the press.There are many factors that affect the tilt of the slider.The length of the crank,the length of the link,the phase of the crank angle,and the error of the center position of the crank can all affect it.In the paper,the theoretical calculation method is used to calculate these parameters according to the slider position formula.It is concluded that the crank angle phase is the main factor affecting the slider displacement difference.On the basis of theoretical calculation,the paper also uses the 3D simulation software to verify the theoretical calculation results,and further confirm the reliability and rationality of the theoretical analysis.The simulation results approximated by the theoretical calculation are obtained through verification.The last two chapters of the paper are based on the theoretical analysis and simulation verification results.By analyzing the design error and the assembly error,since the various transmission mechanisms of the four-point press constitute a closed dimensional chain,it is necessary to study the running accuracy of the slider from the numerous components constituting the dimensional chain.To verify that the design accuracy meets the actual working conditions required for machining,it is necessary to find an effective method in engineering practice from the perspective of processing and assembly to solve the problem of precision control.Finally,for the results of the analysis,the corresponding solutions are analyzed in all aspects of design,manufacturing and assembly.Control the parallelism of the slider to within the accuracy required by the customer.
