The mechanical press is one of the most main forging and stamping equipments in metal plasticity forming processing. Enhanceing the kinematics performance of the mechanical press operating mechanism ,causeing it have the low speed to hammer flushes comes back promptly the characteristic,thus guarantee processing quality, enhance labor productivity, is the basic request in modern manufacturing industry plasticity processing. At present,in our country , general mechanical press which widespread used in mechanical profession,uses the crank link block organization generally.It does not have the low speed to hammer flushes comes back promptly thecharacteristic,So the ribration noise is to be big when it work attacks, The mold life is low,the craft adaption scope is narrow. Therefore,bases in the general mechanical press existing structure,develops one kind new low speed to hammer flushes the quick return mechanism which would be possible to have the low working speed in thework piece plastic deformation stage to be extremely essential.On modern mechanical press,use the multi-linkmotion gear instead of using the common crank slide organization to become one of current press structure development directions. The multi- connecting rods press is one kind new press which taking the multi- linkmotion gear as the operating mechanism.The slide has the obviously comes back promptly kinematics the characteristic.In work sector,The slide's speed is steady, and is lower than the crank press greatly, this is advantageous to enhance quality of the big distorts stretch. Moreover,According to base on mathematical analysis law, using the closed loop vector equation unifies MATLAB/ Simulink software,carrying on the kinematic analysis to the mechanical press operating mechanism,carrying on the confirmation the analytical result and the result of hypothesized prototypical simulation to compare.
