Research On The Risk Management Of K Company’s Environmental Renovation Project

Since the reform and opening up,China ’s economy has been developing rapidly and steadily,the level of national economy has been improving,and government departments have paid more and more attention to environmental protection,and constantly strengthen the control of pollutants.Since 2016,the central environmental protection supervision group stationed in various provinces and cities,to carry out environmental protection supervision and inspection work,many government officials because of environmental protection work is not enough to be handled,more enterprises were put on file for illegal investigation.In this case,k company ’s leadership immediately began to environmental protection measures to upgrade transformation,in order to reduce environmental risk,while strengthening enterprise competitiveness.This paper first introduces the background of topic selection and risk management at home and abroad.Then combined with k company environmental protection transformation project,the project situation analysis.Then,the risk of k company ’s environmental protection transformation project is analyzed by Delphi method.firstly,seven kinds of risk categories are analyzed by two rounds of questionnaires and feedback results.then,three rounds of consultation,feedback and statistics are used to obtain the specific risk content of each risk category.On the basis of the above identification and analysis,this paper calculates the weight of all the risk factors existing in k company ’s environmental protection transformation project by analytic hierarchy process,then establishes the risk assessment system of the project by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,forms the qualitative and quantitative analysis data,and obtains the importance sequence table of the risk factors of the project.The higher risk in the first layer of factors is the legal liability risk and construction safety risk.Finally,according to the identified project risk factors and combined with the characteristics of the project itself,the paper puts forward specific and detailed risk countermeasures and strategies,such as key path method to control the time limit for a project risk,incentive measures to control the construction risk,etc.In this paper,the whole process of k company environmental protection project risk management for strong research and analysis,put forward some measures to improve the status of enterprise management,so that the project completed within a predetermined time and put into normal use.This paper provides a sample for k company ’s project management,and also provides a reference for other companies’ environmental protection project risk management.
