Research On The Influencing Factors And Improvement Of Safety Management Of ST Construction Company

With the rapid growth of the national economy,the construction industry has a good trend of development.At the same time,construction enterprises face greater pressure,enterprises need to speed up progress,improve quality,reduce costs,and so on.Under these constraints,the safety management consciousness of managers is weak,and the safety and protection ability of construction personnel is insufficient.Accidents occur frequently in construction process,and the injury rate is high.Once a major accident occurs,it will not only affect the bidding and undertaking qualification of the construction enterprise,but also the economic loss is immeasurable.ST construction company is a company mainly based on housing construction,municipal public utilities,foundation,building renovation and decoration,steel structure installation,mechanical and electrical equipment installation,landscaping and construction maintenance.In recent years,there are some crisis in the construction safety,the existence of safety management system becomes a mere formality In some projects,the sense of responsibility of the security managers has fallen,some minor accidents occur zero records will be a breakthrough for the enterprise operation and produce negative impact.Therefore,the company ST building construction enterprises as the diagnosis object,aims to find out the main factors affecting the safe management of ST company,and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the safety management,in order to reduce the accident rate,increase the economic efficiency of enterprises and establish the company's brand.Based on the theory,management and diagnosis technology of safety management,this paper adopts literature research method,and visiting discussion method,the development status and problems of ST construction company are clarifying.The comprehensive analysis shows that there are some problems in ST construction company,such as limited supervision of department,inadequate construction of safety system,surfacing of implementation of safeguard measures,poor safety state,lack of atmosphere of safety culture and so on.On the basis of finding the above safety problems,through the summary and analysis,we designed the strategies and measures for improving the safety management of ST construction company,so as to ensure the implementation of the strategies and measures.In view of the problems and influencing factors in the safety management of ST construction company,this paper puts forward the countermeasures from many aspects.It mainly includes the formulation of prophylactic preventive measures,the concrete response to the occurrence of safety accidents,and the supervision of safety evaluation.Specifically,in order to facilitate the implementation of the enterprise,it involves strengthening construction safety awareness,improving construction safety technology,introducing safety risk early warning information system,strengthening construction safety supervision,cultivating advanced safety culture,strengthening the construction of safety production organization and management system,and improving safety production guarantee measures.In short,the safety production practice of construction enterprises can not be separated from the guidance of relevant theories,and the combination of basic research and practical research is needed.This research has certain theoretical inquiry value of the construction industry.In addition,from a realistic perspective,it is conducive to the implementation of safety management measures in ST construction company,enhancing the safety management ability of enterprises,enabling enterprises to develop healthily,scientifically and orderly,ensuring the safety of employees' production,and ensuring the growth of economic benefits of enterprises.
