Today in the information age,the popularity of electronic products makes people's lives more convenient. However, the speed of electronic product waste has far exceeded the speed of electronic product replacement. As the environmental problems caused by electronic waste are becoming more serious,we need to establish A sound and complete e-waste recycling system,in which the company plays an important role.At present, the problem of fulfilling the responsibility of recycling in China's enterprises has the following aspects:First, the legal norms do not clearly stipulate the responsibility of recycling of enterprises, which causes most enterprises in China to fail to fulfill the responsibility of e-waste recycling;secondly, the professional needs of e-waste recycling are strong.Enterprises have the conditions of capital, technology, talents, etc.,and most enterprises are unable to fulfill their recycling obligations due to the lack of these conditions. Finally,China has not formed a complete electronic waste recycling system, and the recycling market is chaotic and disorderly, resulting in the recovery of electronic waste recycling. The secondary pollution caused by the environment is serious. In response to the above problems, the author made the following assumptions for enterprises to fulfill their e-waste recycling responsibilities:First, establish and improve the legal system for electronic waste recycling and use,and enhance the operability of corporate recycling laws and regulations;second, the government has increased financial and tax support for e-waste recycling companies. In summary, the fulfillment of e-waste recycling enterprise responsibility is an indispensable step in establishing and perfecting China's e-waste recycling system. We emphasize that enterprises must enjoy their rights while not forgetting the fulfillment of corporate obligations.
