Study On Differences And Influencing Factors Of Regional Oil Consumption In China

China is one of the world’s major oil consuming and importing countries.As an important strategic material to promote the development of national economy,the consumption structure and supply and demand situation of petroleum play an important role in the sustainable development of China’s economy.With the acceleration of China’s industrialization,the adjustment of industrial structure and the advancement of urbanization,the demand for energy consumption is increasing year by year.The spatial distribution of oil consumption will inevitably show significant regional differences,due to differences of geographical environment characteristics of regions,economic development level and the main industrial clusters.Under the background,It has certain guiding significance to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of oil consumption and conduct reasonable oil consumption planning by studying the performance and form of consumption and analyzing the causes of various regions.After recognizing the present situation of egiona oil consumption and the relevant literature,this paper describes and estimates the statistical characteristics and the overall differences of China’s oil consumption in areas with the help of graph method and Theil coefficient method.The overall difference is decomposed into regional differences within the region and between regions by using the Theil coefficient space decomposition method.This paper analyzes the contribution and evolution trend of three regional economic differences to clear regional differences of China’s oil consumption.It will provide the reference in the formulation of regional energy conservation policies and the allocation of energy saving targets.This paper estimate the impact of significant factors and the degree of influence on the oil consumption of regional differences by constructing a panel data model regressionanalysis on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the regional differences of oil consumption.And it is the premise and condition of Shapley value decomposition method.Using the results of regression analysis based on panel data and decision model,this paper measures the effect of decomposition of the factors contribution to the oil consumption of regional differences by using Shapley method,and then compare and sort with Theil system in order to explore the various influence factors on the regional differences in the effects of oil consumption.Finally,this paper summarizes the conclusions of the study and gives the corresponding regional policy recommendations to provide some reference for the development of other energy consumption in china...
