Natural environment refers to the environment formed by natural things such as water,soil,region and climate,which is of great significance to human life.However,since the middle of the twentieth century,with the rapid development of society,the environment on which human beings depend for survival and development has been challenged severely.Scientific and technological innovation refers to the specific activities of industrial enterprises in scientific and technological innovation and technological development,including direct expenditures for enterprise research and development activities,and all expenditures indirectly for research and development activities.As the saying goes,science and technology change the life.Relying on scientific and technological innovation to improve environmental quality is a new way of thinking for future environmental protection.In this paper,using the method of spatial statistical analysis,this paper analyzed and studied the influencing factors and spatial dynamic development of the environmental comprehensive index of five prefecture-level cities in southern Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2016.Firstly,the principal component analysis was used to calculate the environmental comprehensive index of five prefecture-level cities in southern Jiangsu.The system was composed of 12 variables,such as green coverage,comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste,removal rate of SO2 and removal rate of smoke and dust.Secondly,the spatial correlation of cross-sectional data in southern Jiangsu from 2010 to 2016 is analyzed.The spatial correlation and spatial dynamic development process are studied by Moran index and local Moran index.At the same time,unit root test and cointegration test were carried out on 6 variables to avoid the occurrence of pseudo-regression.Finally,the spatial panel data model is established based on the scientific and technological data and the environmental comprehensive index data of southern Jiangsu from2010 to 2016.After a series of exploratory analysis and demonstration,the spatial panel random effect model is used between the technology innovation and the environment comprehensive index.At the same time,it is known that the internal expenditure of R&D funds has a significant positive impact on the environment comprehensive index.The sales revenue of new products has adriving effect on the environment comprehensive index,and there are certain spillover effects between them.It is suggested that the expenditure on technology innovation should be increased.In order to promote the development of technological innovation and improve the comprehensive environmental index,we should maintain and increase publicity channels,intensify publicity efforts and promote in-depth technological exchanges among different regions.
