With the rapid development of science and technology,market competition has become increasingly fierce,and product innovation capability has become a key factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises.As the driving force and source of product innovation,knowledge can promote designers to carry out innovative design activities.If contemporary shearer enterprises want to develop new shearer products,they should actively adopt various high-tech and innovative theories in the process of product development to enhance the knowledge content of products.However,the current design research of shearer still relies too much on the experience of domain experts and designers.It is limited to the use of computer-aided shearer design and calculation,drawing,three-dimensional modeling and the reuse of shearer thematic design knowledge,etc.The innovation is not high.Therefore,in this paper,a multi-level and multi-granular shearer innovative design knowledge expression method for the knowledge of shearer’s innovative design process and process is proposed,andcombining with the ontology technology,the innovative design knowledge of shearer is organized and the knowledge retrieval is realized.Based on the above theory and technology,the innovative design knowledge base system of shearer is established to realize the sharing and reuse of the innovative design knowledge of shearer.Based on the general design of the traditional design of shearer and the classification of traditional design knowledge,the innovative design process of shearer is divided into requirement analysis,problem representation,principle design,functional design,structural design,scheme evaluation and detailed design.The innovative design knowledge is divided into parametric knowledge class,structural knowledge class,principle knowledge class,effect knowledge class,domain knowledge class and patent instance class.The characteristics and functions of knowledge are analyzed,which lays a foundation for knowledge expression.Based on the multi-level and multi-granularity model of cognitive process,a multi-level and multi-granular shearer innovative design knowledge expression method is proposed.Six attributes are extracted including parameter,structure,function,principle,effect and domain to represent three hierarchical structures: concept layer,semantic relation layer and instance layer.It can realize the migration and reuse between different abstract levels and stimulate the innovative thinking of designers.The ontology-based innovative design knowledge organization model ofshearer is proposed.The knowledge ontology of innovative design of shearer is constructed by using the protégé software.The concept of knowledge and the relationship between knowledge are clearly defined,which helps designers to search knowledge and transfer knowledge flexibly.On the basis of knowledge expression and organization,the ontology-based shearer innovative design knowledge retrieval model is constructed and attribute retrieval method and semantic retrieval method are adopted.The attribute retrieval is a combination of design catalogue composed of ontology standard vocabulary and keyword search method.Semantic retrieval is a combination of ontology reasoning and semantic extension.Ontology-based knowledge retrieval model can guide users to acquire knowledge more pertinently,provide knowledge incentives to users,and promote innovative design of shearer.Using Eclipse development tool and Java as development language,combined with Jena ontology reasoning and Lucene full-text retrieval tools,a knowledge base system for innovative design of shearer is developed,which realizes the functions of knowledge retrieval and online preview,addition,modification and deletion of documents.Through system testing and practical application,the system is easy to operate,runs well,and the output is reliable,which plays a good supporting role for the innovative design of shearer.
