| With the development of the times,the competition has put forward higher requirements to the supply chain capacity,so for the problem exploring,analysis and improving;we cannot use the traditional concept only focus on the isolated functions,departments or companies.The issue should be placed in the height of the supply chain to examine the entirety then people could systematically solve the problem.In this paper,the research is base on procurement optimization of a multinational chemical hazardous company.Trough the research and analysis about the supply chain performance evaluation theory,build the suitable performance evaluation model for company A.Base on the evaluation model,we analyze it from two perspectives which are performance indicators and the detail procurement process.According to the company weakness which analyzed from first half of the paper,we take optimization on procurement planning and choose the key supplier to take CPFR.The later research will focus on the combination of this optimization. |
