| With the increasing cost of social logistics year by year,the total value of social logistics goods in China has exceeded 300 trillion yuan by the end of 2020.At the same time,the concept of green environmental protection has attracted more and more attention.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the green level of logistics service supply chain.From the perspective of logistics service integrator,the operation of green logistics service supply chain and its performance evaluation will be analyzed in this thesis.Firstly,this thesis constructs the Green Logistics Service Supply Chain Operation Reference-model(GLSSCOR).Sort out and comment on the relevant research status at home and abroad.Based on the existing research on service supply chain,logistics service supply chain and green supply chain,and according to the characteristics of green logistics service supply chain,this thesis defines the green logistics service supply chain.This thesis improves Supply Chain Operation Reference-model(SCOR)and constructs the GLSSCOR model,and defines its definition layer,configuration layer and process element layer of glsscor in detail.Secondly,it constructs a new performance evaluation index system of green logistics service supply chain.Based on the relevant theories and research results of existing service supply chain performance evaluation,this thesis analyzes the operation process links of green logistics service supply chain,and finally from the aspects of marketing,service planning,service implementation,maintenance The performance evaluation index system of green logistics service supply chain including 5 primary indicators and 23 secondary indicators is constructed from five dimensions such as enabling process.Finally,the performance evaluation model of green logistics service supply chain is constructed by using the combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and BP neural network.AHP is used to determine the weight of each index and the expected output of BP neural network.From the 50 ranking list of logistics enterprises in 2020 issued by China Federation of Logistics & Procurement and the list of the 30 th batch of class a logistics enterprises,20 listed excellent logistics service integrators are selected as samples,of which15 enterprises are used for BP neural network model training and 5 enterprises are used for simulation test.The test shows that the model has high accuracy,small error and easy operation,and it has wide practicability.Based on the above logic,the research content can help the research on the process operation and performance evaluation of green logistics service supply chain,so as to promote the improvement of the performance level of green logistics service supply chain.Because there is less research in the field of green logistics service supply chain at home and abroad,this thesis has certain theoretical value and reference significance for the research and development of green logistics service supply chain. |
