Research On Ecological Security In The View Of Overall National Security

Ecological security is the basic condition for human survival and development.The so-called ecological security refers to a country that has a relatively complete and unthreatened ecosystem to support the survival and development of the country,as well as the ability to deal with major ecological problems at home and abroad.Xi Jinping integrated ecological security into the overall national security system as an integral part of the overall national security concept,which not only marks a significant change in the cognition of the overall national security situation at the present stage,but also opens up a new journey for the establishment of ecological security in China.At the height of the overall national security view,the success or failure of the construction of ecological security is not only related to national security and the well-being of the people,but also to the establishment of a harmonious and beautiful socialist country with a prosperous,democratic,civilized and harmonious civilization.This paper studies the ecological security of China from the perspective of the overall national security concept.Four parts are contained in this paper.In the first part,background and significance of topic selection was elaborated.Also,research status about topic selection the at home and abroad was summarized and the research perspective and research path of this paper was puts forward.In the second part,the basic concepts and basic theories that national security,ecological security,the overall national security concept,the difference between ecological security and ecological civilization,& the relationship between ecological security and the overall national security were summarized.In the third part,the current situation of China’s ecological security and its impact on the overall national security was analyzed.This part includes the achievements made in China’s ecological safety construction in the new era,the problems existing in China’s ecological security,and the in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.In the fourth part,the ways to solve the problem of ecological security under the perspective of overall national security were discussed.To solve the ecological safety problem from the overall national security perspective,it is necessary to strengthen ecological safety education and establish an ecological safety concept;implement the concept of green development & an ecological security strategy;establish an ecological security system guarantee and improve the ecological safety operation mechanism.In short,ecological security is not only a problem of the ecosystem itself,but a major problem related to the overall national security.Ecological security is the basic guarantee of economic security,a solid cornerstone of political security and social stability,an important prerequisite for land security and an important basis for the security of resources.Therefore,ecological security should be understood from the perspective of the overall national security perspective,and the issues of ecological security should be solved from the perspective of overall national security.Only in this way can we ensure the smooth progress of the socialist modernization and achieve the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.
