| Small and medium-sized enterprises have played an increasingly important role in safeguarding people’s livelihood and promoting economic development.Mass entrepreneurship and innovation have made Small and medium-sized enterprises become the new kinetic energy of China’s economic growth,which is highly valued by the party and the national government.However,the current international political and economic forms are changing rapidly,China-U.S.relations relations are unstable,and sometimes tensions are moderated.Together with the in-depth development of informatization,Small and medium-sized enterprises operating export trade face enormous risks and challenges.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research,this paper combines relevant theories and takes A company as an example to analyze the problems of internal control of A enterprise from five aspects: control environment,risk assessment,information and communication,and control activities.The idea of internal control.Finally,it is recommended that A enterprises optimize internal control environment,strengthen risk prevention,improve internal control activities,smooth information and communication channels,enhance internal control and supervision,continue to improve internal control construction,and enhance enterprise competitiveness. |
