A Case Study On Internal Control Of Company A’s R&D Project

In recent years,China contributes to carry out the policy of supporting the development of high-tech enterprises.Research and development ability is the core competitiveness of hightech enterprises,and research and development ability depend on the feasibility of research and development projects and scientific rigor,and the internal control system is one of the important measures to reduce the risk of research and development.To perfect the internal control system of R&D projects and strictly comply with it is conductive to improving the independent innovation ability and main competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,from the perspective of internal control,this paper studies R&D projects of high-tech enterprises.Taking A Company as an example,this paper studies the system design and operation of each link according to the development process of the R&D project,analyzes the problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.The body of this paper includes five parts.The first part is the introduction,the second part is an overview of the internal control of the R&D project of the company,the main content includes the characteristics,process,objectives,principles,methods and the main risk points of the R&D project of the company.The third part is the analysis of the internal control of R&D project of A Company.The fourth part puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the internal control of R&D projects in accordance with the above five aspects.The fifth part is the research conclusion and future research prospects of this paper.
