In the current era,human resources have been recognized as an important resource for economic and social development.As a traditional energy enterprise,development is the primary task ahead,and the key to the full development of the company lies in how the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,especially the front-line employees,are fully stimulated and mobilized.How to use the relevant theory of project management to guide the optimization of human resource project practice is an urgent problem to be solved in front of human resource project managers.The paper takes the performance compensation optimization project of Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as STCT)as the research object,and adopts the idea and method of project management to produce the employees of STCT.The performance compensation optimization has been carried out as a one-time human resources project in the whole life cycle.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,it introduces the background of STCT’s salary optimization project,analyzes the status quo,existing problems and feasibility of the original performance compensation plan,and then designs the specific optimization plan of performance compensation in detail.The whole life cycle perspective decomposes and designs the new optimization plan from project initiation,project start-up,project planning,project pre-execution to project pre-closing,focusing on the implementation process and methods of each stage,possible problems and related problems.The solution was elaborated.Secondly,the schedule management of STCT’s compensation optimization project was designed in detail.According to the traditional work schedule decomposition,task sequencing,critical path network diagram and other construction planning methods,the construction period design was carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional critical path method were analyzed.According to the critical chain schedule control method based on the constraint theory,the project duration is optimized and controlled.Thirdly,according to the overall quality management theory,the quality assuranceorganization structure,quality policy and objectives of STCT’s compensation optimization project are analyzed.According to the pre-project,project establishment,start-up,planning,execution and finishing sequence,the key stages are The quality objectives and control measures were elaborated,and the quality assurance measures implemented by the project were described in detail.Finally,the risk management of STCT’s compensation optimization project is analyzed.According to the four steps of risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment and risk control,the low-middle and high-level risks that may exist in the project are evaluated and responded.
