| In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the PPP project model,introducing social capital to cooperate with the government in the construction of infrastructure and municipal public projects.This project model can weaken the government’s debt impulse from the source,make the government debt clear and transparent,and no longer occupy the debt limit of the government.Individual differences exist in the project itself,and PPP projects are jointly established by two or more shareholders to implement the project company.The interests and concerns of each other are different,and the management system is different,which leads to the very difficult implementation of PPP projects.Therefore,it is necessary to study and explore the schedule and quality management of PPP projects.The research object of this paper is the integrated PPP project of urban sewage treatment in Shuicheng County,Guizhou Province.The project is located in the southwest high-altitude mountain area,with large construction scale,wide distribution of sub-items,difficult construction and high construction cost.The implementation of this project not only has great social,economic and environmental benefits,but also has a significant impact on both sides of the government and enterprise cooperation.Therefore,this project must be completed on time,quality and quantity.The success of a project can be seen in the following aspects: safety,schedule,quality and cost.However,these aspects influence each other and interact with each other.What needs to be paid more attention to are project progress and quality.How to manage and coordinate the progress and quality of a project is the most realistic problem any project faces.In addition,the inherent nature of PPP projects makes it even more difficult to do the above work well.Study for the above problems,this paper USES PMBOK theory knowledge integration of urban sewage treatment in shuicheng PPP project progress and quality management planning,implementation,control and rectify problems,analysis of the PPP mode urban sewage treatment project progress and quality management of common problems,use plan review technology research project progress management and optimization problems;The project quality management and optimization problems are studied by using PDCA and other project management knowledge.Finally,through the collaborative research of schedule and quality management,the paper discusses how to do a good job in the collaborative management of schedule and quality of PPP projects under the condition that the project objectives are determined,so as to provide reference value for the planning and implementation of similar projects. |
