With the in-depth development of NC processing technology and computer technology,it has become an inevitable trend to realize data acquisition for NC machine tools.There are many new manufacturing modes in various enterprises,such as intelligent manufacturing.But the new manufacturing mode makes the CNC machine tool system more complex,and the occurrence of faults also increases.If the operator can not deal with it in time,it will cause the machine tool to stop too long and reduce the utilization rate of equipment.Therefore,the first time to find problems and deal with them in time,improve the utilization of equipment has become an urgent need.On this basis,a remote data acquisition system for CNC machine tools based on mobile interconnection is developed.Firstly,on the basis of the research status at home and abroad,this paper designs the architecture of the whole system with a small three-axis NC machine tool in the laboratory as the acquisition object,analyses the functional requirements,and proposes a B/S and C/S hybrid acquisition mode.Secondly,according to the whole system structure,firstly,the field acquisition part is laid out,the Zigbee wireless sensor network is built,and the hardware selection and the network entry and communication of each network node are analyzed and realized.Thermal analysis and modal analysis of the fault-prone components on NC machine tools are carried out by using finite element analysis software in sensor selection.According to the results,a more reasonable sensor is selected,and then the upper computer is developed by using the software of matlab.The field data acquisition is realized by using serial communication.Then the real-time writing system of database is developed by using C# language.The real-time data is guaranteed and the remote data acquisition is supported by using matlab.Then we use Hbuilder as the development environment and wampserver software package to develop the app application program for remote collection of mobile interconnection.By designing different modules to connect with the background database,we can call the corresponding data.Finally,the whole system is tested and compared to prove the reliability of the system,the accuracy of data and the real-time transmission,so as to complete the development of the system.
