At present,the major oil fields in China are vigorously promoting the construction of intelligent oil field,building the network system of oil and gas production,and intelligent monitoring software is an important part of it.Based on the force control configuration software,a set of intelligent monitoring system software for oil well production is developed,which can realize real-time data collection and management,analysis and optimization control of oil well condition.In the aspect of data collection and management,through the layered design of the application layer,the logic layer,the data layer of the Force control configuration software and the operation of the detailed functions of the six functional modules,the implementation of the MODBUS/RTU protocol in the RTU device is accomplished,and the data is ordered to be collected and managed.In the aspect of the analysis and optimal control of the oil well condition,a method of feature extraction of the dynamometer card is proposed,which combines the amplitude and phase information of the DFT,and uses the LIBSVM classification to realize the working condition diagnosis of the pumping well.The measured results show that this method can effectively improve the recognition rate of the indicator diagram compared with the method of using only the amplitude information of DFT.In addition,the balance of pumping unit is calculated to judge the working state of pumping unit,which provides a theoretical basis for optimal control of pumping wells.
