With the gradual advancement of digital oilfield construction and production capacity improvement,Changqing oilfield is constrained by geological features of low abundance,low permeability and low output,the changes of the dynamic fluid level and casing pressure in the oil production process due to the stratum fluid supply capacity during the oil production process directly affects the efficiency and energy consumption of the oil pumping machine.It is of great significant to research on intelligent control system of oil extraction for oil pumping machine based on dynamic fluid level.The topic combines the characteristics of the dynamic fluid level and casing pressure changes in the production process of low-permeability oilfield,analyzes the oil production process and equipment,establishes the requirements for intelligent oil extraction control system,and designs an intelligent control system of oil extraction for oil pumping machine based on dynamic fluid level.Studied the control principle of dynamic fluid level in oil well,the control of dynamic fluid level in oil well based on the Fuzzy control strategy was proposed.The intelligent control system of oil extraction is composed of dynamic liquid level detector,three-phase electric parameter detector,load sensor,displacement sensor,intelligent controller,variable-frequency drive,electromagnetic valve,venting device and monitoring host,etc.In terms of hardware,the intelligent controller adopts the STM32F205 as main control chip,and designs the sensor signal acquisition,casing pressure control,start-stop control,balance control,control of dynamic fluid level and detection instrument communication,wireless transmission interface and external memory expansion and other circuits.In terms of software,the system configuration software and the intelligent controller program are designed.The intelligent controller program includes the main program,the dynamic fluid control subroutine and the casing pressure control subroutine,etc.The speed of pumping machine and the wellhead pressure electromagnetic valve are performed to achieve the best oil extraction process control.Finally,the hardware and software debugging of the intelligent control of oil extraction,as well as laboratory experiments and field application analysis.The on-site commissioning of the control system of intelligent oil extraction shows that the system realizes the collection of data such as the dynamic fluid control and casing pressureof oil well,the load,displacement and three-phase electrical parameters of the pumping machine operation,the closed-loop control of the dynamic fluid control,the casing pressure control,wireless transmission and background monitoring software display,etc.The system plays an important role in the digital construction and improvement of Changqing oilfield,and has a certain application and promotion value in the development and production of oilfield.
