The management mode of the single-function shared service center with financial sharing services as the mainstream has been developed in various industries at home and abroad for more than 30 years.With the continuous intensification of international competition,this single-function shared service center can no longer meet the requirements of enterprise management.Many companies have gradually explored and practiced the construction of multi-functional shared service centers.However,there is no complete set of theoretical and practical lessons for building a multi-functional shared center like procurement-finance.The main purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the process of sharing a single service to a multi-functionalized shared services model.This article proposes the main ideas and methods for the discovery of procurement-finance multi-function shared service center for helping P Inc.build its procurement-financial shared service center.In order to analyze the advantages of implem enting a multi-functional shared service center,this article selects 9 advanced companies that implement shared services at home and abroad to conduct case studies,summarizes the characteristics of a single-function shared service center,and compares with multi-function shared service center by using literature research methods,case analysis methods,comparison methods,etc.Then taking P Inc.as the research object and based on the conclusion of the case analysis,comprehensively expound a set of P company’s plans to build a procurement-financial sharing service center,and put forward the expected results and evaluation of the implementation of the plan.
