In recent years,with the continuous growth of total industrial output value,environmental problems become more and more serious.Air pollutants,including SO2,NOX and suspended particulates,have exceeded the threshold of environmental capacity.These serious environmental problems,such as the greenhouse effect,the ozonosphere persecution and acid rain,have seriously restricted the road ofsustainable development in China.In recent years,the atmosphere pollution in China has been very severe in the light of the heavy haze covering most of the region inrecent years.The main source of environmental pollution emissions of industrialpollution sources and vehicles,and industrial pollutants in China mostly from thermal power,so the power plant emissions control requirements is very high,the oldcoal-fired power plant has been put into operation,through technical transformation of boiler to reduce NOX emissions,is to reach the national standard is effectivemeasures.In this paper,Baotou iron and steel Limited Liability Company owned by thetransformation of 1#130t/h power plant boiler flue gas denitration system and test run operation optimization as the object of study,in the analysis of domestic and foreign flue gas hazard based denitrification technology status and nitrogen oxide formation mechanism and causes,in accordance with the transformation of 1#boiler projectshall meet the following requirements requirements of denitration technology incontrast to the existing power plant flue gas quality,analysis of the characteristics of the geographical environment and the project of the steel equipment,considering the pollutant removal effect,stability,economy,security and other comprehensive factors,finally considering coal-fired boiler with low nitrogen burners+SNCR denitrationprocess.The transformation of low nitrogen burner has the transformation of mainburner and transformation of primary air,two times wind,three times wind and SOFA burnout.SNCR includes the layout and optimization operation of SNCR system.Based on the original parameters of NOX in flue gas and NH3 on the whole scheme were evaluated after the test run showed that 200mg/Nm fand concentration of less than NOX of flue gas denitrification in escape of ammonia concentration is less than5mg/Nm3 fand,meet the new national environmental protection standards.In addition,this paper summarizes the problems of the whole system duringoperation?such as excessive concentration of flue gas,slagging and corroded pipeline?through the denitration device of 1#boiler that is put into operation,and gives asolution after field investigation and analysis.At present,all power plants have their own environmental protection facilities,and all kinds of technical schemes to berebuilt should be studied and discussed.I hope this article can provide references for similar projects.
