The pollutants caused by atmospheric environmental problems, NOx is one of the causes ofgreenhouse effect, acid rain and ozone layer destruction cause, is the basis of nitric acid rain,and it also is the main substance of photochemical smog formation, has the very strong toxicity,on human health, environmental, ecological and socio-economic great damage. At present,NOx emissions in China after the America, ranked second place in the world. With thegradually put into operation in China large-scale thermal power plant desulfurization system,SO2pollution has been effectively controlled, especially NOx thermal power plant emissioncontrol for the attention of the whole society.In order to control air pollution, to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, our government haveformulated the related standard system, among them,"emission standard of air pollutants forthermal power plant"(GB13223-2003) in the provisions since January1,2004, thermal powerplant coal-fired boiler NOx emission concentration may not be higher than450mg/m3. Inaddition, in order to effectively control the regional air pollution, improve city air quality, toensure that the2010Asian Games during the air quality of various pollution indexes havereached the national standard requirements, Guangzhou Municipal People’s government issued"about reducing the nitrogen denitrification work implementation of key industrial enterprisesin2009June notice"(Sui Fu (2009) No.26), the key requirements industrial enterpriseimplementation of reducing the nitrogen denitrification city work, coal-fired boilerdenitrification rate to reach more than80%.In2011, the Chinese government introduced more stringent smoke emission standards,emission standard of air pollutants for new thermal power plant ""(GB13223-2011) replacedthe2003version, the new standards require, thermal power plant coal-fired boiler NOxemission in key areas of concentration should be less than100mg/m3. In view of the abovereasons, out of the need to Protect environment, combined with the characteristics of its ownin2006Guangzhou Ruiming Power Plant boiler, the technical transformation of low NOxburners of boiler and then in2009has carried out SNCR, SNCR+SCR coupling of flue gasdenitration technology transformation, and achieved the de NOx efficiency good, makes the NOx emission concentration from before reconstruction after the transformation of660mg/m3down to below100mg/m3, denitrification efficiency can reach85%. Guangzhou RuimingPower Plant Integrated DeNOx Technology Transformation for small capacity, the old unitsdenitration governance has carried on the beneficial exploration, in order to provide valuableexperience for similar units better denitrification treatment.
