Phytoremediation, the use of plants for metal reclamation,is an efficient and economic ecological technology. It has many advantages than other traditional technologies. It has been widely used in the remediation of contaminated soils.Enhanced phytoremediation with the involvement of microbes and chemicals has become an alternative technique to remediate heavy metal contaminated soils. In this study, sulfur and actinomycete Act12 enhanced phytoremediation has been conducted to remediated the Cd/Zn-contaminated soil by employing Brassica juncea, the Cd/Zn-tolerant plant.Cd/Zn accumulation in plant root and shoot part, antioxidant enzyme activities and plant root activity were measured to explore the potential mechanisms. The main result are as follows:?1?The results showed that 0.5%sulfur and 2.0 g·kg-1Act12 addition significantly reduced rhizospheric soil pH by18.1%?P<0.05?.When Actinomycetes Act12 added in a certain amount, the value of TOC are decrease, but the value of MBC and DOC is decrease before increase with the increase of sulfur content.?2?0%sulfur and 0.5 g·kg-1 Act12 addition significantly increase the biomass of the shoot by 24.6%?P<0.05?.And the biomass of the plant is decrease before increase with the increase of the actinomycete Act12.This indicates that Brassica juncea is a tolerant plant to Cd and Zn,and the addition of actinomycete Act12 can promote the biomass of the shoot.?3?Act12 addition positively enhanced plant antioxidant system, the values of CAT,POD and SOD in addition Act12 is higher than the control treatment. The value of MDA is the lowest with the addition of 0.5%S sulfur and 2.0 g·kg-1Act12.?4?When the sulfur content was 0.3%,the contents of DTPA-Cd and DTPA-Zn of rhizosphere soil was the highest under the corresponding Act12 concentration of actinomycetes. In addition, with the increase of Act12 content of actinomycetes, the content of DTPA-Cd in rhizosphere soil decreased compared with the control?treatment C?without actinomycetes, but the content of DTPA-Zn in rhizosphere soil increased compared with the control?treatment C?without actinomycetes.?5?0.3%sulfur and 1.5 g·kg-1 Act12 addition, the core of Brassica juncea grew well, antioxidant enzymes?CAT,POD,SOD?on the synergy effect is strong, and the largest part of the Cd accumulation in the shoot, can reach 476.6?g·pot-1,Cd purification rate of 15.0%,shows that 0.3%of sulfur and 1.5 g·kg-1 actinomyces Act12 addition mode, the core mustard on Cd has good absorption capacity,0.3%sulfur and 0.5 g·kg-1 Act12 addition, the accumulation of Zn was the highest in the shoot of Brassica juncea, which reached 32.99?g·pot-1,indicating that brassica sativus had better absorption and purification capacity for Zn under the addition mode of 0.3%sulfur and 0.5 g·kg-1Act12.In conclusion, the addition of sulfur and actinomycete Act12 has a positive effect on the enrichment and transport of Cd and Zn in the soil.Plants has a good absorption and purification capacity for Cd in addition of 0.3%sulfur and 1.5 g·kg-1 Act12.And plants has a good absorption and purification capacity for Zn in addition of 0.3%sulfur and 0.5 g·kg-1 Act12.
