Hidden danger investigation and management is an important process and means of equipment safety risk management and control.To achieve the hierarchical investigation and management of equipment hidden dangers,taking J port as an example,this paper conducts in-depth research on the methods and processes of the company's equipment hidden dangers,based on principle of risk management,through identifying of hazard sources,developing equipment hidden dangers investigation standards by using relevant technical principles and methods.Combining with the actual management system of the company,the classification criteria for hidden dangers of port equipment will be formulated.Firstly,the FMEA method is used to identify systematically the hazards of the port equipment,to analyze the potential failure modes of various institutional components,the possible safety risks and the factors causing the failures,and establishing targeted control measures for identified hazards and safety risks,and form a database of information on safety risks,hazards and control measures.Then use fuzzy theory combined with expert knowledge and experience to analyze and evaluate the three risk factors of equipment failure mode:probability of occurrence(O),severity of failure(S)and failure mode detection(D),using the gray correlation theory to rank the safety risks generated by different failure modes,and the hidden dangers are classified according to the risk level.Finally,the contents based on the safety risk,hazard and control measure information database are converted into equipment hidden dangers check standards.According to the hidden danger level,different frequency of investigations was formulated,then combined with the job responsibilities of the equipment manager,the hidden dangers of different positions were formed,and the hierarchical management and control of hidden dangers for port equipment was realized.Using information technology to construct hidden danger investigation and management information system of port equipment,combined with the actual situation of enterprise to develop a closed-loop management flow chart of port equipment hidden dangers.The information system facilitates rapid transmission of hidden dangers information,and achieve the dynamic and closed-loop management of hidden dangers of equipment.It not only improves the efficiency of hidden danger investigation,but also regulates the workflow of hidden danger investigation,and comprehensively improves the safety risk management and control level of the enterprise.
