Based on the characteristics of salty and high nitrogen in kimchi wastewater,a fixed anaerobic fluidized bed biofilm reactor was used as the anaerobic treatment process of the wastewater.The anaerobic zone fluidized bed reactor is used as an anaerobic treatment process for the wastewater,and the anaerobic reactor can effectively solve the problems of insufficient mixing of muddy water and difficulty in collecting microorganisms in the reactor.After the anaerobic treatment of kimchi wastewater,the C/N ratio in the wastewater is imbalanced.The short-cut nitrification and denitrification process is adopted in the experiment.The process has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and economy.Therefore,this thesis uses a fixed anaerobic fluidized bed-SBR short-cut nitrification-ASBR denitrification combined process to treat kimchi wastewater,so as to achieve low-energy and efficient removal of organic matter and nitrogen from kimchi wastewater.The main test contents are as follows:?1?The method of phase-diluting raw water to domesticate and culture high-efficiency anaerobic and salt-tolerant bacteria to efficiently anaerobic treatment of kimchi wastewater;and to determine the best operation of anaerobic reactor for kimchi wastewater treatment In this case,the COD concentration is greatly reduced,and at the same time,the organic nitrogen is completely converted into ammonia nitrogen to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent short-cut nitrification and denitrification;?2?the SBR short-cut nitrification reactor is started by the stepwise dilution of the anaerobic reactor effluent method.Then,the operating parameters are controlled to realize the effluent of the SBR short-range nitrification anaerobic reactor,so that the effluent of the SBR reactor does not contain ammonia nitrogen,and the main form of nitrogen exists as nitrous oxide.?3?Study on the effluent quality after treatment of kimchi wastewater by a combined process.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:?1?After the successful domestication of the fixed anaerobic fluidized bed reactor,the ratio of filler loading is 60%,the volumetric load is 3kgCOD/m3·d,the reactor temperature is controlled at 30°C,and the influent pH is 6.5-7.5.Under the condition,the influent with salinity of 9200 mgCl-/L and COD concentration of about 4640 mg/L can be used to stabilize the treated effluent with COD concentration of 398418mg/L,the average value of 408mg/L,and the average removal rate of COD.It reached 91.2%,the total nitrogen concentration was 236242mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen concentration was223242mg/L,the nitrate nitrogen concentration was less than 4mg/L,the nitrous nitrogen was almost absent,and the ratio of ammonia nitrogen concentration to total nitrogen concentration in the effluent was stable at 97.5%.?2?When the SBR short-cut nitrification reactor is successfully started,it can be fixed under the working conditions of DO of 0.2-0.5mg/L,influent pH value of 7.8-8.2,temperature of 30-35°C and drainage ratio of 1/2.Stable nitrosation treatment of effluent from kimchi wastewater by anaerobic fluidized bed.Under the condition of inlet nitrogen load of 0.231kg NH4+-N/?m3·d?,the reactor treated the anaerobic reactor with salinity of88009600mgCl-/L and ammonia nitrogen concentration of 220240mg/L.After the SBR reactor,the effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration is?10mg/L,the nitrous oxide concentration is?200mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is close to 100%,the nitrosation rate is over 90%,and there is 2%6%total nitrogen loss.?3?Fixed anaerobic fluidized bed-SBR short-cut nitrification-ASBR denitrification combined process has a good effect on high-salt,high-nitrogen and high organic-concentration kimchi wastewater.The total COD removal rate was 97.5%,and the total TN removal rate was 88.1%.
