At present,in the drilling work,the top drive drilling method has many advantages and is widely used.When the driller controls the top drive,there are problems such as high labor intensity,low operating efficiency,inaccurate parking position,etc.,and there are hidden dangers of collision accidents.To this end,this paper analyzes and studies the overall scheme and key technologies of PLC-based top drive intelligent anti-collision control system,and develops a PLC-based top drive intelligent anti-collision control system.Firstly,according to the control requirements of the top drive in operation,the overall scheme of the top drive intelligent anti-collision control system based on PLC is proposed.The scheme adopts the PLC control system to complete the top drive motion state information collection,calculation processing and the top drive operation real-time control;the front monitor system is used to complete the display of the top drive operation status information,the setting of control parameters and the manual intervention control under emergency conditions.Etc.;use the background data management system to complete the data management of the top drive operation process and the traceability analysis of the operation process.Secondly,the solution to the key problems involved in the operation of the top drive is given.Aiming at the requirement of stability of top drive operation in start-up phase and uniform speed stage,a top-drive acceleration double feedback control method based on model reference adaptive is proposed.This method utilizes the characteristics of fast adaptive speed in model reference adaptive control to achieve Control of the smooth running of the top drive;for the top drive to improve the parking position accuracy and reduce the impact in the deceleration parking phase,a top drive progressive deceleration parking control method is proposed,which makes the top drive progressively decelerate,small impact and accurate Parking;for the optimization of top drive operation process and the identification of safety accident liability,a set of top drive operation traceability solutions was proposed.Finally,in order to meet the control requirements of the top drive operation process,combined with the operating habits of the driller,a PLC-based top drive intelligent anti-collision control system was developed.The drilling field test shows that the system has complete functions and clear control parameters,which improves the human-computer interaction of the control system to a certain extent.
