Since the reform and opening up,China's manufacturing industry has grown rapidly.At the same time,the demographic dividend effect has gradually disappeared.The fourth industrial revolution with the theme of intelligence is sweeping the entire manufacturing industry.People has paid more attention to the manufacturing informationization and intelligent manufacturing model.Gear processing is a typical machining of mechanical parts.Traditional manual,high-emission,low-efficiency single-machine production methods are difficult to meet the requirements of intelligent manufacturing and green environmental protection gear processing.Now it is gradually repalced by automatic gear production line to meet the needs of mass production of gear processing product.The real-time data acquisition and monitoring of each equipment,control system and the entire production line of the gear production line is helpful to improve the digital control ability of the gear processing process and improve product quality,equipment utilization and production efficiency.For this purpose,this thesis studied the real-time data acquisition and monitoring system of the gear production line,and provided systematic theoretical guidance and method support for gear processing enterprise information construction and intelligent upgrade.Firstly,aiming at the real-time data acquisition and monitoring requirements of the gear production line equipment,a real-time data acquisition and monitoring system architecture for the gear production line equipment including the basic support layer,the physical resource layer,the intelligent sensing layer,the core functional layer and the system interaction layer was constructed.And designed the system's functional structure.Then,the key technologies involved in the system were studied in depth.Aiming at the multi-source heterogeneity of machine tools in the gear production line,the complicated communication interface and the diverse communication protocols of the sensing equipment,the data acquisition technology of heterogeneous machine tools was studied systematically,and a configurable real-time data acquisition method of the gear production line equipment based on soft plug-in was proposed,and developed corresponding communication software plug-in for different types of data sources,realized configurable data collection,transmission,display and storage of real-time data of gear production line equipment through unified data collection strategy configuration interface,and system compatibility and scalability was enhanced.Aiming at the on-line energy effieciency monitoring requirements of gear production line,based on the research on energy source composition and energy source power acquisition technology of gear production line,a two-level energy efficiency monitoring index system for gear production line was established from machine tool equipment layer and production line layer.The calculation model of the relevant indicators was illustrated which provides support for energy efficiency monitoring of the gear production line.Finally,based on the above-mentioned system architecture and key implementation technologies,combined with the actual situation of a group car gear production line,the development and preliminary application of the real-time data acquisition and monitoring system for the gear production line equipment was carried out.The system can realize the real-time collection and monitoring of production and operation status information for the gear production line equipment,which helps to improve the informationization level of the gear processing workshop,and has important practical value for promoting the digital upgrade and intelligent transformation of traditional gear processing enterprises.
