Intelligent constant deceleration electro-hydraulic braking is a safety control technology recognized by large mine lifting equipment in the world and has gradually become an important supporting system of large mine lifting system.At present,the production process of coal mine depends mainly on mine hoist,so the safety reliability of mine hoist and brake plays a vital role in the safety production of mine.Mine hoist lifting transport task,involving property and personal safety.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the safety br-aking performance of mine hoisting system while paying attention to the speed and efficiency of mine hoisting.The brake system is the throat equipment link which guarantees the safety.At present,most of domestic mine hoisting equipment adopts constant torque braking control,but this braking control method has some hidden dangers and deficiencies in reliability.When the hoist fails,the braking process is not stable,which greatly reduces the safety performance and service life of the equipment.With the development of science and technology and the update of braking technology,the constant deceleration electro-hydraulic braking control system is introduced into the mine.Although the safety of the hoisting system is improved,it costs too much.Therefore,the intelligent constant deceleration electro-hydraulic braking system of mine hoist studied in this paper can overcome the above disadvantages and improve the safety and productivity of coal.Taking the constant deceleration braking system of auxiliary shaft hoist in shicaocun mine of shenhualing coal group as an example,this paper adopts the intelligent constant deceleration electro-hydraulic braking mode to solve the problems existing in the safety of hoisting braking.Starting from the control principle of constant deceleration braking,this paper discusses the networked PLC control scheme and the fuzzy control strategy based on intelligent control.In this paper,from the system composition,control strategy and field operation research and analysis,it USES the constant deceleration braking performance is stable,and secondary braking circuit spare two road,and the safe and reliable electric control system of form a complete set,make the system with a high degree of intelligence,good safety brake,comprehensive security protection and fault monitoring,etc,it greatly improve the level of safe operation of the mine hoist,the mine hoist constant deceleration electric hydraulic brake systems meet the lifting devices for mine hoists intelligent constant decelerate the demand of the electric hydraulic brake system,and create economic benefits and social benefits for the enterprise and the society,has the profound significance.
