The project under the background of the 4300 mm 4-Heavy Plate Mill project in Shougang Group Shouqin Steel.ltd,and the substance of the Roll system of the 4-Heavy Plate Mill,optimization roll matching system will be designed for the profile and diameter,wear and tear,elasticity distortion,roll crown and plate crown of roll by collecting and analyzing data of steel rolling,the diameter and shape of roll will be raisonned,optimization programm of system of roll and solving the wasting too high of wear and tear,improving the controlling of the crown of plate,reduced the bad shape of rolled steel plate due to the improper matching of roll profile and roll diameter.The results have been put into on site application and the production was satisfaction.The main works and results are following:Firstly,the roll parameters of 4300 mm medium and heavy plate four-high mill are studied.The roll profile and roll diameter are studied and analyzed.Through a lot of practice and analysis,the roll wear model is established.The parameters of work roll diameter and support roll diameter are analyzed.Secondly,the elastic deformation of roll system and the bounce law of medium and heavy plate four-high rolling mill are studied,and the effects of work roll diameter,support roll diameter,work roll convexity and support roll convexity on the bounce of rolling mill are analyzed.The finite element simulation model of four-high rolling mill is established by ansys software,and the stress change in roll system rolling process is studied,and the influence of roll convexity and roll diameter on plate convexity is analyzed by establishing model.Finally,through the roll test,the matching mode of roll parameters of four-high rolling mill is studied and determined: the reasonable matching between support roll and work roll diameter and roll profile,the wear and consumption prediction of support roll and work roll,and the roll changing period between support roll and work roll.The arrangement and optimization of steel plate rolling plan,etc.The matching program of rollparameters is designed and developed to optimize the roll convexity and diameter to ensure the reasonable selection of roll convexity.At the same time,the height of rolling line is controlled to reduce the convexity of rolled steel plate.The research results of this paper have obvious effect in practical production: The transverse thickness difference of steel plate is obviously reduced,the wear of roll surface is improved,the roller consumption is reduced,the precision of thickness control is improved,and the yield of steel plate is increased.The reasonable arrangement of steel plate rolling plan is put forward,which can give full play to the advantages of using convex roll in support roll and work roll,and provide powerful data support for arranging production plan.Through the field experiment of steel rolling,it is proved that the roll parameter matching model developed in this paper can meet the requirements of the production of medium and heavy plate four-high rolling mill.Through reasonable configuration of support roll and work roll profile,the rolling stability and good plate shape can be achieved.The service life of roll is prolonged,and the purpose of protecting equipment is achieved at the same time,and objective economic benefit is produced at the same time.
