Analysis Of The Prospect Of Russian Petroleum Export

Since the 21 st century,Russia has made great strides in oil and gas production due to the rising international oil prices.Russia has made remarkable achievements in the exploration,development and export of crude oil and natural gas.Due to the steep decline of the international oil price in the summer of 2014,the economic sanctions of the western countries,the weak global economy and other reasons,the Russian oil and gas industry has been hit hard.Russia’s crude oil and natural gas exports to Europe blocked,had to shift its focus to the Asia Pacific region,which is also the future of Russia’s energy exports.This paper reviews the history of the development of international oil prices,surveys the status quo of Russia’s economy,we can see that Russia’s oil and gas industry is the pillar of the Russian national economy.Secondly,the current situation of Russia’s oil production and export was analyzed.Despite the international oil price downturn and the economic sanctions imposed by the European and American countries,the Russian oil and gas industry as a whole had a good development and improved its oil and gas exploration and development,oil refining and export.Analyzed the prospect of Russia’s oil exports,Russia’s oil exports are mainly due to the unfavorable factors of Sino-Russian relations are not close,the country’s economic structure,economic sanctions in Western countries,the favorable factors are the gradual recovery of international oil prices,huge domestic energy reserves and exploitation As well as the expansion of energy cooperation between China and Russia.According to forecasts,the future of Russia’s oil and gas production and exports will increase every year,and the major export regions from Europe to Asia Pacific region,especially China.Lastly,in order to promote energy cooperation between China and Russia,the main tasks to be given to China’s import of Russian oil include: China should adhere to the diversification of sources of energy imports,moderately control the size of oil imports from Russia,pay attention to the construction of oil pipelines in China and Russia,and establish long-term Sino-Russian friendly relations and promoting the development of oil rubles and oil yuan.
