With the advent of the Internet era,the number of used electronic products has increased dramatically.Although waste electronic products contain many harmful substances, which cause serious environmental pollution problems,at the same time, waste electronic products also contain a large amount of useful resources, which are very high.Recycling and recycling value,so effectively solving the recycling problem of waste electronic products is of great significance for achieving sustainable development and recycling of resources. At present, research on the recycling of electronic products has achieved rich results, but with the development of “Internet +”,the addition of online recycling methods has changed the recycling model, and consumers' green behavior and recycling awareness are heterogeneous. And the impact of government regulation on recycling is yet to be studied.Based on this, the key issues in the recycling process of waste electronic products in China still need further research. Therefore, based on the existing research, this paper considers the impact of consumer green behavior heterogeneity on recycling and remanufacturing when dual recycling channels coexist.Firstly, when it is not introduced into government regulation,it is dominated by remanufacturing enterprises and uses online The system evolution game model of the lower dual channel recycling and consumer groups, the evolutionary stability strategies of the two are analyzed, and the influence of different parameters on the evolution behavior of the game subject is studied. In addition,in order to study the government's subsidy mechanism is more reasonable, this paper introduces the government's two-channel subsidy and online channel subsidy two subsidies, builds an evolutionary game model and compares the two,and studies the government's different subsidy policies. The impact on recycling and remanufacturing. Finally,in order to study the dynamic evolution process of the system, the theory of evolutionary game is used to study the system, and the dynamic simulation analysis of the system model is carried out by Matlab. The specific reasons and processes of the system reaching the steady state are obtained.Through the study of the above content, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Regardless of whether or not government subsidies are introduced, the system can achieve a stable evolution strategy and have an ideal state(remanufacturing enterprises use online channel recycling, consumers evolve into Green consumers)and non-ideal states(remanufacturing companies use offline channels to recycle, consumers evolve into traditional consumers)two stabilization strategies. But any government subsidy policy will promote the evolution of the system to a certain stable state.(2)The key variables affecting the final behavior decision of remanufacturing enterprises and consumers are: logistics costs, recycling prices, consumer recycling awareness, government subsidies, and the ratio of price increases to consumer recycling prices after receiving subsidies.(3)In the process of evolution, the behavior choice of one party in the system has a certain influence on the evolution strategy of the other party. The initial proportion of the participants will affect the final stability strategy of the system.(4)The government's online channel subsidy for remanufacturing enterprises is better than the government's subsidy for dual channels. The government's dual-channel subsidy will promote the evolution of the system to a non-ideal state, and the subsidy is positively related to the promotion of the system to a non-ideal state. The government's subsidy for online channels will promote the evolution of the system to an ideal stable state. The subsidy is also positively related to the promotion of the system to the ideal state.
