Study On Supply Side Structural Reform Of Iron And Steel Industry In Anhui Province

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that in order to build a modern economic system,we must take the structural reform of the supply side as the main line,put the focus of economic development on the real economy,and take improving the quality of the supply system as the main direction of our country’s economic quality advantage.In order to promote the structural reform of supply side,we must adhere to the principles of capacity removal,inventory removal,leverage reduction,cost reduction and shortcomings compensation,promote factor flow and optimal allocation,adjust and optimize industrial product structure,vigorously develop advanced manufacturing,high-end industries and modern service industries,give full play to the role of entrepreneurs and innovative talents,and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry.The real economy is the backbone of national self-reliance,the main creator of social wealth,the foundation of national prosperity,employment increase and people’s livelihood improvement,the important guarantee of national security and the foundation of winning initiative in international competition.The structural reform of the supply side will open up a broad way for the development of the real economy,and the revitalization of the real economy is the main battlefield for promoting the structural reform of the supply side.As one of the main real economy in Anhui Province,iron and steel industry is an important basic industry to promote economic development,a key indicator to measure the level of economic development in Anhui Province,and has made significant contributions to the economic development of Anhui Province.However,in recent years,due to the obvious decline of domestic and foreign steel market demand and the continuous decline of international commodity prices,Anhui iron and steel industry has faced many problems,such as serious overcapacity,difficult business operation,serious environmental pollution and lack of competitiveness of products.Under this severe situation,the structural reform of supply side of Anhui iron and steel industry is imminent.This paper explains the research background and significance of this topic,summarizes the research status of this topic at home and abroad,puts forward the main ideas and basic methods of this topic research,and lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of this paper.At the same time,based on the background of supply-side structural reform,taking Marx’s social reproduction theory,the CPC’s main exposition on supply-side structural reform and the related theory of industrial transformation and upgrading as the main research basis,through in-depth analysis of the current situation of Anhui iron and steel industry development,it is found that there are overcapacity in Anhui iron and steel industry,some enterprises’mines are exhausted,and the environment.The pollution problem is serious,the technological innovation ability is insufficient,the market reform is not in place,and the staff placement is not in place.Based on the analysis of the reasons,the countermeasures to promote the structural reform of the supply side of Anhui iron and steel industry are explored from different angles and aspects.The contents are comprehensive,concrete and feasible.We must strictly control new capacity,resolve excess capacity,deepen institutional reform,promote the transformation of the role of the government,strengthen investment in scientific and technological innovation,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,use policy dividends to reduce the cost of enterprises,and make use of "Internet+" to promote service transformation and upgrading,and put forward some suggestions for the structural reform of the supply side of Anhui iron and steel industry,so as to finally promote Anhui iron and steel industry.The structural reform of the supply side of the industry will realize the transformation and upgrading of the iron and steel industry.
