| Under the background of increasing shortage of fossil resources,polyglycerin surfactants have broad market prospects and development room because of their bio-based sources.Polyglycerol ester surfactants are derived from the condensation of glycerin and fatty acids,which can avoid the production of environmental pollutants and have high safety and biocompatibility.By adjusting the polymerization and other parameters a wide range of products applied in cosmetics,food,printing and dyeing and pesticides and other fields can be obtained,which have an irreplaceable role,and become an excellent substitute of polyoxyethylene ether surfactant.Based on the different properties of polyglycerol ester,this thesis explores its application and performance in different fields,focusing on the following aspects:1)Polyglycerol ester used in environmentally friendly metal cutting fluids.The cutting fluid has the functions of lubrication,cooling and rust protection,which are divided into water-based and oil-based types.Generally speaking,water-based cutting fluid mainly contains certain components of mineral oil,fatty acids and emulsifiers,but at present most of the product are based on mineral oil,which has poor biodegradability,will cause serious local environmental pollution.Therefore,vegetable oil and soybean oil as the base oil,supplemented by rust prevention,defoaming agent and fungicides and other components are used to prepare environmentally friendly water-based cutting fluid.We explore the storage stability,centrifugal stability,rust resistance experiment,corrosion experiment and friction wear experiment of cutting fluid under different components,and found that the ring polyglycerol ester have good extreme pressure resistance.They were optimized through a series of formulations to obtain the best formulation composition of cutting fluid,which has the advantages of environmentally friendly,non-harmful to human health,and good lubricity,strong rust resistance.2)Application of water-based release agent of polyglycerol ester.The release agent is a material located between the product and the mold,in the injection molding,extrusion and other process operations with wear resistance,stress and heat resistance.With the development of different processes,the market demand for release agent performance is increasing,mainly focused on safety,stability,environmental protection and so on.In view of the high cost of oil-based release agents on the market and the shortcomings of environmental pollution,this chapter mainly uses polyglycerol ester emulsifiers to discuss the stability of water-based release agents under different emulsifier conditions,and optimizes the additive system,and explores its performance.Through the comparative experiment,it is determined that the four applied products have the stability of the system,but also reduce the surface tension of the emulsion,improve the excellent performance of wetting speed,and lay the foundation for the development of water-based release agent products.3)Application of polyglycerol ester in new eco-friendly crayons.The traditional source of crayons is paraffin or beeswax as a carrier,supplemented by dispersants such as pigments.Because paraffin and crayon additives such as plasticizers have a certain harm to children’s health,the development of non-toxic environmentally friendly edible crayons has attracted more and more attention.The use of raw materials such as polyglycerol ester,natural colors and edible calcium carbonate,which are harmless to the body,is an effective way to prepare eco-friendly crayons.In this chapter,we heated polyglycerol ester,cyclodextrin and other additives and natural pigments to blend evenly,add hydrogenated palm oil,steagacid glycerides and light calcium carbonate,stir evenly under melting conditions,and then pour molding in the crayon mold)to produce a series of eco-friendly crayons.And in accordance with the national standard of testing standards,we tested its pen appearance,description performance,softening point and folding force and other parameters.Hydrogenated vegetable oils and steagacid glycerides have been found to provide hardness requirements for crayons,and coconut oil can be used to regulate the hardness of crayons.Polyglycerol ester ST-1010 acts as a pigment dispersion,and the substrate is cross-linked.Cyclodextrin is a kind of molecule with cavity structure,which enhances the color and makes the color more colorful.Lightweight calcium carbonate acts as a frictional effect,ensuring smooth writing.The resulting products in the smoothness,hardness,coloring and other performance of good performance,harmless to the human body,environmentally friendly,high safety,with a large reverity of the market prospects. |
