In order to ensure the safe operation of pipeline,gas translation management part using main broken tube detection for real-time monitoring of pipeline,because of different pipe under different working conditions were studied.the tube monitoring parameter setting calculation is relatively complex,also at the exploration stage,on the international trade.we make management in the current technology conditions more scientific principles,in order to make the scene setting reasonable as far as possible,it is necessary for natural gas trunk line broken tube detection system for data collection,risk evaluation to establish a set of scientific and standardized management maintenance mode parameter and,to solving practical problems.Broken tube method to detect pipeline leakage detection system for software,a head driven by a gas liquid linkage and broken tube detection device of two parts,broken tube detection device is composed of precision pressure transmitter,CPU,working principle is:the CPU analysis of pressure transmitter transmission line pressure data,the duration of the pressure drop rate,comprehensive calculation,compared with set parameters,if meets the parameters for the boundary conditions,the CPU is judge pipeline leak,linkage driven by electromagnetic valve of gas and liquid head issue instructions,gas-liquid linkage drive head drive main valve automatically shut off to safety.Long distance pipeline broken tube leakage is a kind of extreme conditions,occurrence frequency is very low,less leakage condition of actual data from the field and leak high randomness,it is difficult to research on the regularity analysis as the foundation data,at the same time due to cost the experimental study on the working condition of long distance pipeline leakage almost not feasible,and the numerical simulation because of its high accuracy,low cost,high adjustable features are widely used in pipeline operation condition of the research.This research of gas management director of pipeline broken tube detection parameter Settings management present situation investigation analysis,research the domestic foreign minister pipeline broken tube detection parameter Settings,on the present situation and tendency of the development of the first to establish mathematical model for describing the gas steady flow in the pipe,and on the basis of the established pipeline leakage,the mathematical model of unsteady flow,by introducing the actual running line boundary conditions and boundary conditions has the leaking pipeline will establish a mathematical model of steady flow and leak validated the mathematical model of unsteady flow,the mathematical model as the leak or broken pipe line at the entrance to the basis of pressure drop rate change rule.Then,the mathematical model of the unsteady flow at the time of leakage is fitted with variables in important parameters such as pipe diameter,starting pressure,volume of transmission,leakage diameter,location of leakage,etc.Finally,a fitting formula is formed to calculate the parameters of the broken pipe detection system under different pipe diameter,pressure and volume of transmission,and is applied to the production site.At the same time,the calculation program is also programmed for convenient application.In this study,the optimal oil and gas software was selected to establish the mathematical model of leakage,and various broken pipe working conditions were analyzed and studied to obtain the variation law of parameters.Finally,the simulation results are fitted into the calculation formula.In this way,the parameter setting method of the broken pipe detection system of the long-distance pipeline is optimized,and the technology suitable for the parameter setting of the broken pipe detection system of the gas transmission network of Sichuan and Chongqing is formed.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)master the gas operation condition under the leakage condition.(2)through a large number of calculations,the variation law of pressure drop rate and minimum pressure under the leakage condition was found.(3)the formula of maximum pressure drop rate and minimum pressure under different leakage and loss conditions is obtained through multiple fitting,which is of great guiding significance for future production.
