Strategies Of Y City Government To Promote The Transformation And Upgrading Of Chemical Industry Under The New Normal Economy

Chemical industry is an important basic industry and pillar industry of our national economy.Its development plays an important role in stabilizing economic growth,improving people's lives and ensuring national defense security.Under the background of the "new normal" of China's economy,there are many problems in China's chemical industry,such as structural overcapacity,prominent safety and environmental protection problems,imperfect independent innovation system,etc.How to promote the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry is an important issue for govermment policy makers.Y city is a coastal economic city,chemical industry is one of the four pillars of its industrial tradition.Exploring the transformation and upgrading strategy of chemical industry suitable for its own development is an inevitable move to achieve steady economic benefits and sustainable development of the industry.At the same time,it can also give chemical industry in other areas of China.The transformation and upgrading provide some reference.This paper begin with the analysis of relevant literature and works on domestic and foreign transformation and upgrading,summarizes the research results on transformation and upgrading on domestic and foreign,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study of the paper.Next is the analysis of the development of chemical industry in Y city,through questionnaires,the problems existing in the development of chemical industry in Y city were found out,and the reasons for the problems were analyzed,which provided a solid basis for finding out the countermeasures of Y city govermment to promote the transformation and upgrading of chemical industry.Finally,through interviews and exchanges with relevant personnel,comprehensive questionnaire survey to study the countermeasures of Y city government to promote the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry in Y city are obtained.It includes planning and perfecting the transformation and upgrading of chemical industry of Y city,guarantee policy elements supply,build a good service environment for investment development creating a good business environment,strengthening the construction of working mechanism and strengthening the organizational evaluation.Through the implementation of these measures,we will vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of chemical industry in Y city,and realize the comprehensive,sustainable and healthy development of the chemical industry.
